Skigebiet Breckenridge

Breckenridge, Colorado, USA, 80424

The basics

“Breck” boasts nearly 3,000 acres (1,200 hectares) of slopes with more than 180 trails ranging from beginner greens to steep alpine chutes and terrain parks, so there are options for all levels of skiers and riders. Not a skier or snowboarder? You can spend your day snowmobiling, ice skating, or shopping at the well-stocked mountain village.

During summer months, the mountains buzz with excitement thanks to outdoor activities like ziplining, mountain biking, 4WD tours, and climbing walls. You can still take advantage of gravity on a 2,600-foot (800-meter) alpine slide or the Gold Runner Coaster that twists and turns through the forest.
