Es wurde leider kein Deutsch gesprochen, trotz das es erwünscht gebucht wurde, der Weg war eher durch ein Müllfeld. Der Tee zum Schluss war sehr gut aber schön war es leider nicht

Das war eine sehr schöne Tour mit sehr netten Gastgeber. Die Fotos im Sonnenuntergang am Fluss mit dem lieben CousCous (Kamel) sind spitze geworden.

Diese Tour war schrecklich, wenn Sie vom Hotel abgeholt werden, werden Sie zu einem desolaten Campingplatz gebracht, der wie ein Obdachlosenlager aussieht. Es gibt absolut keine Einrichtungen. Wenn Sie also das Badezimmer brauchen, ist dies ein Problem. Sie werden dann auf einem Kamel abgesetzt und auf einen groben Stadtspaziergang mitgenommen. Es gibt absolut nichts Interessantes, es ist nur ein Geschäft wie ein Kamelritt. Das Ziel endet an einem sehr stinkenden Teich, wo es von Mücken wimmelt – ich wurde mehr als 100 Mal gebissen. In stockfinsterer Dunkelheit kehren Sie dann zum Obdachlosenlager zurück, und zwar in schnellem Tempo, weil der Führer zurück will. Ich wollte noch nie, dass etwas so endet wie diese Tour. Auch der Sattel meines Verlobten war kaputt, was den Stress der Fahrt noch verstärkte und am nächsten Tag zu sehr schmerzendem Körper führte. Vermeiden Sie diese Tour

I am not upset or angry because I have learned over the past 20 years in this service that I must be in total harmony with my own philosophy in receiving my guests: always welcome tourists with a smile and accept their reviews and evaluations. You will have noticed, ladies, that I welcomed you with pleasure and I gave each of you a Tuareg scarf to embellish this experience (by the way, this is not included in the price of the excursion). At that moment, if you had asked for a toilet I would have shown you two because you claimed that we have not toilets. Dear ladies, we have two toilets on our ranch. You also claim that the saddle of one of the camels was broken: For your information ladies the saddle of the camel is different from that of the horse as the back of the horse is different from that of the dromedary. And if it was broken as you claim you would have fallen because the camel's back is curved by its hump. Also the camel's saddle does not break because it is not made like the horse's. For the camel ride route, it is the same that all camel and horse rides providers have been crossing for years. Concerning the mosquitoes they appear in the natural park of souss massa when it is humid and when there is fog. That day was rather a sunny day. After reading your comment I asked the guide if there were mosquitoes and when he answered negative I had to contact the other two clients who were with you (as they are our regular clients) to be sure, they told me that the camel ride was perfect and that there were no mosquitoes. Die Erfahrung war fantastisch. Sie nehmen Sie mit auf einen schönen langen Spaziergang zum Fluss und machen unterwegs Fotos und Videos von Ihnen. Der Fluss hat Flamingos und der Sonnenuntergang ist unglaublich. Sehr empfehlenswert.

First time riding camels and the experience was so fun! At the middle of the ride, we got to stop and see the sunset and take pictures on our camels. At the end, the very friendly tour guide made tea for us in a tent and we exchanged stories about our countries. I definitely recommend!

Not what we expected, we thought we was going to be going on a “sunset” camel ride due to the name of of your. However lovely people who would do anything for you. We was the only two on the tour at that time so it was like a private tour. If your looking for a scenic tour it isn’t for you as not much to see on the way to the river.

Thank you very much for your opinion regarding our Camel ride at sunset in Agadir. I'm sorry to hear that you do not like the fact that you could not enjoy the sunset that day. I admit that you came back half an hour before sunset knowing that the excursion lasted two full hours. The problem is due to the schedule change made by the Moroccan authorities during Ramadan. For your information, all Moroccans are breaking the fast just at sunset. Our camel guides who fast from sunrise to sunset during the month of Ramadan are doing their best to serve our guests morning and afternoon and evening (3 to 4 times a day) because our only goal is to satisfy our dear customers. The day I respond to your review we are already second day end of month Ramadan. And we have already resumed our normal habits and usual schedules that allow guests to see the sunset on camels. When first arriving in Agadir, we had only booked this trip for 5 people but the other 3 in our group decided they also wanted to join us. Not a problem for the lovely Sanaa who organised everything. 2 of our group members are over 80 years old and Sanaa along with her camel handlers made it so easy for all members of our group to get on & off the camels! The ride was also suitable for the group members who had artificial knees 😊

Des guides gentils mais le cadre est catastrophique : on emprunte que des routes et des chemins sales pendant 40 min pour atteindre enfin le lieu de coucher de soleil . C’est un endroit pas terrible et on ne descend pas du chameau: juste le temps de faire une photo et retour …. On était contentes que ce soir fini…

Je suis désolé que vous n'aviez rien aimé de notre programme depuis le ramassage à l'hôtel, balade en chameau, le coucher de soleil à l'embauchure du parc national de Souss massa et puis retour au ranch pour finir avec un superbe thé à la menthe et les pâtisseries (le fameux fekkass marocain) tout ça vous l'aviez résumé en quelques mots sur les ordures ! !! Je ne sais pas où vous avez vu des ordures ? Pourtant , nous envoyons chaque jour un jeune chamelier stagiaire pour inspecter les lieux et s'il remarque quelque chose, nous en informons les autorités locales qui nettoient cette zone touristique. Je vais vous dire une chose plus importante: Je vous avoue que je m'attendais à votre commentaire et je l'ai dit aux guide des chameaux et au chauffeur qui venait vous chercher à l'hôtel, vous aviez une brève discussion avec lui pendant le trajet vers le ranch, et il venait me dire :" je comprends pourquoi vous m'avez dit de faire attention au retard car vous savez qu'elle est gouvernante dans un hôtel à fez et que la plupart des marocains essaient bizarrement de laisser des commentaires négatifs bien qu'ils soient minoritaires dieu merci " je lui ai répondu non je ne sais pas qu'elle travaille dans un hôtel au Maroc mais c'est parce que, hier soir, elle a contacté les responsables de Viator pour annuler et puisque elle n'a pas le droit ce même responsable de Viator nous a contacté pour nous en informer et j'ai deviné qu'il y'aurait un feedback négatif. Et je ne cache pas que j'ai souhaité l'annulation... Mais bon. Merci quand même..

On vient nous chercher à l hôtel ensuite nous voici à sillonner les rues d Agadir jusqu a un terrain où nous attendent les guides et chameaux. Nous voilà ensuite tranquillement installés sur un chameau et prêt pour une très belle balade. On longe le terrain de golf et le palais royal... On s arrête quand on veut pour faire des photos ou c est le guide qui nous photographie. Je recommande sans soucis cette balade.

Un peu impressionnant pour une enfant ( ma fille, placée devant moi, tenue aussi par mes jambes) lorsque le chameau se lève, mais au bout de 3 minutes elle lâchait même les mains, en toute confiance. Ça remue pas mal mais c'est drôle ! Étrangement ça m'a débloqué le dos. Balade autour du palais royal, et coucher de soleil au bord du fleuve Oued Massa, avec ce jour-là des flamands roses. Magnifique. Un accueil absolument parfait de bout en bout, et on finit sur un thé et des gâteaux délicieux en papotant sous la tente avec notre hôte. Que du bonheur !
