Hi Beth, this is very bad from you, since i wrote you i did the refund and of course it take its technical time. You booked just on the 23rd July for the 24th of July, you should understand that we are in hight season and from one day to another is not always possibile to find a seat.
Saying that i just want to let know that with this unreasonable and unfair review you are highly damaging a family that always work well and hard even in this tough pandemic situation.
