Ausgezeichnete Reise, sowohl Reiseleiter als auch Fahrer sprachen sehr gut Englisch. Die Reiseleiterin kam aus der Slowakei, aber ihre Kenntnisse der Gegend und der lokalen Bräuche usw. waren erstaunlich und machten den Ausflug zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis

Wir haben den Leuchtturm von Aines genossen. Die Insel ist wunderschön. Unsere Führerin Matilda war süß. Wenn sie die Antwort nicht wusste, ließ sie sich von einer erfahreneren Person beraten. Auch wie das Wikingerdorf Sunmoore. Würde die Tour empfehlen.

Tolle Führer und ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Neue, saubere und komfortable Reisebusse; Super einfach mit den freundlichen und aufmerksamen Guides am Pier in Kontakt zu treten. Ich habe die Sehenswürdigkeiten auf dieser Tour und die Tunnel zwischen den Inseln wirklich genossen, um sie zu sehen. Ein Dankeschön an Julia, eine ausgezeichnete Führerin. Ich würde es sehr empfehlen. Im Gegensatz dazu sagten unsere Schiffskameraden, dass ihre Touren in diesem Hafen schlecht verlaufen seien.

Was für ein fantastischer Ausflug dank unseres wunderbaren Führers Danny. Diese Tour war gut - Tempo und umfasste sowohl Alesund als auch die umliegenden Inseln. Wir haben den Kommentar von Danny wirklich genossen und hatten das Gefühl, dass an jeder Haltestelle genügend Zeit war. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen, der nach Alesund geht. Dank dieser großartigen Tour würde ich Alesund gerne besuchen und weiter erkunden.

Läuft reibungslos, ist vom Dock aus leicht zu finden (sie hielten ein Viator-Schild hoch), kleine Tournummern, sachkundiger Führer und interessante Haltestellen. Alnes hat mir besonders gut gefallen!

Sights nice tour guide and driver not so. Fix the carpet

Trip was nice. Unable to do outside of museum—too hilly. No tour of inside. Towns were pretty, lighthouse was nice. The bus was not good. Seats too small and seatbelts difficult to close—mandatory. First step onto bus very high and no assistance given. Carpet on steps was loose and both my husband and I tripped on it. My husband fell backwards and nothing done. He hurt his leg and not a word from the driver. Carpet was never tacked down. They don’t seem to care if you are “older” and a little slower. Tour guide told us to meet front of bus and she was not there

Firstly, let us apologize that your husband tripped and stumbled backwards. We have sent your feedback and concerns to our bus suppliers on this date. Our guide did note that she did not receive any complaints about this during the tour or notice an issue with the carpet. Nor did anyone raise any concerns about seatbelts. We would have appreciated if you would have let your guide know as that is a safety issue. She also stated that she stood at the bus door at each stop in case someone needed assistance and no one did. Something else to note, that might explain the driver's lack of reaction is that the driver that day spoke very limited English, so it simply might have been a case of them not understanding you when you spoke with them. We're not trying to invalidate your feelings, but shed some light on what might be the reason. If you ever need assistance in the future on a tour, it might be best to always ask your guide. Let us assure you, that we do care about our older guests and those with limited mobility. We care about all of our guests. Without our guests we would not be here as a company and we are eternally grateful to them. Please accept our apologies that you did not feel this from us. We are however, on a schedule and once most of the group has disembarked at the museum, our guides will often start to walk to move the group through the open-air museum and start the tour. Some of our guides run back and forth between the natural groups that form and some stay at the front of the pack. We appreciate this feedback as we can always improve! So thank you. We do not give a guided tour of the inside of the museum (something you're free to do with the extra time at the end of the stop), as the real star of this museum is the open-air portion and the historic buildings and homes from early Sunnmøre. Again thank you for joining us. We have passed all of your feedback on to the rest of the team. We always strive to be better. Wishing you safe travels home and thank you for joining us.

Very nice excursion. 10:30 start and 4.5 hours was just right. Our group of 18 had lots of room in the bus. The outdoor museum was much better than expected.
