Diese Fjordkreuzfahrt hat meine Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Die Mitarbeiter/Fjordranger waren unglaublich informativ und nachdenklich. Zum Beispiel haben sie während der gesamten Kreuzfahrt nicht nur erzählt und Fragen beantwortet, sondern sie haben auch alles getan, indem sie eine Show vorbereitet haben - und - eine Präsentation über die Tierwelt der Region erzählen und Norwegens berühmten braunen Käse zum Probieren gebracht haben.

Beautiful views! The audio guide was relaxing and often informative and interesting. The food/drink stand in the back is kind of a joke - just a couple low quality snack items to pick from. And the boat’s interior layout was a little cramped in spots.

Ridiculous crew!

my 9 year old daughter fell and scratched up her legs, I asked for a bandage but the crew refused - he said because there is no blood! I repeatedly asked for one, but they refused. Are they really that cheap? My poor daughter had to bear the pain during the whole trip. It was soo heart breaking

We are sorry to hear that your daughter had suffered through the journey in pain. We understand that having a fall and sustaining injuries is an upsetting experience. This can of course be more so when it happens to little ones under our care. Treating kids can be tricky and often the initial shock can be worse than the injuries sustained. Our crew are well trained and take the health and safety of all our passengers very seriously. We react appropriately through our training and with the resources we have available. In this case we felt the injury did not require a bandage. If you had communicated that your daughter's ongoing pain was severe, we could have easily diverted to the nearest medical facility where they would have been able to further assess and treat her. We hope she is recovering well and you can enjoy the rest of your Norwegian holiday.

Beautiful scenery, but disappointed after our (hopefully) unique experience.

The cruise was nice for the most part. The commentary on the audio guide was the same for the 3 hour boat ride to Geiranger and then back to Ålesund which was disappointing. I saw many reviews about a wonderful crew who gave information, we did not experience this. In fact, quite the opposite. The crew was less than helpful, when we could even find someone. My daughter had a medical issue, my husband asked for a medical kit which he was denied because the boat was to return to port in 30 minutes. We in fact had an hour and a half left. I then went to ask and insisted more. Another colleague was called and the kit was finally opened. I appreciate the supplies, but it should not be so hard to get medical supplies for a small child when stuck in the middle of a 3 hour boat ride. There was no one at the snack stand for most of the trip, the bathrooms became very wet and slippery, and could’ve easily been tidied during the stop at Geiranger. The view was lovely of course, with a nice stop in the town, but the boat ride and audioguide left something to be desired. I wanted to learn more about the fjords and be more engaged with a crew who wanted to interact with tourists, teach, or even help.

Thank you Ashley for your feed back. We have taken notice of your comments and will look over our routines on board. Regarding the audio guide it is the same both ways. As we sale many one way trips. We also thought it is nice to relax at same parts and only listen to the music. But we will be more visual in advertising a visit to the Unesco Visitor Center during your stop in Geiranger, so anybody who want deeper knowledge about the Fjords can go up there and get lot of information. Thank you. (pss the comments on tripadvisor regarding the guides on board are from our wintercruise there we have 2 live guides on board. But during the summer season we offer only our auido guide system very different price)

Absolutely one of the best days we had In Norway. Although the temperature was cold and it was cloudy/gray… The fjord, the waterfalls, and the village/community was picturesque. And the waterfalls was amazing. We have never experienced anything like this.
