Pick up stuffed up. Guide could hardly speak English. Tour promised 12 stops - only got 5. Suppose to be a VIP tour. Car crappy. No water provided.

The tour company is full of lies. You will be rushed through the whole thing. They only take you to two places and barely give you time to eat. The tour mentioned 7-8 hour tour and they only had the driver for 3 hours. All LIES

Had a great experience traveling to Alexandria. Our guide was Mr. Mahmood and driver was Mr.Muhammad. both are very kind and gave excellent information. Only if the tour had started a bit late and we knew if library was open on Friday than would have been better. Also mumtaza palace was in itinerary but it was closed for reservation. Also only 15 minutes given on mamura beach. It could have been more. But overall good tour.

Beautiful tour of Alexandria. Our guide Eman was brilliant. She is young. Vibrant and very knowledgeable. The tour she gave us was fascinating. We loved every minute and Eman had great stories to share with us about every point. The company itself is not well organised though. The office staff didn't communicate with us at all. We tried ringing them from an Egyptian line on the day of the tour to check what was happening and they ignored us. When we tried to ring again, they answered (clearly they do not value their own nationals) and the lady was asleep!! I wouldn't recommend the company as it provides very poor customer service. Eman however more than made up for this. She was very polite and apologised for the very poor performance of the office staff member. Ultimately a great time in Alexandria thanks to our lovely guide Eman.

Our tour guide Rania was amazing. She showed us some special corners of Alexandria in a lovely way. Even we met for only this one day it felt like a friend is showing you the city. It was no problem to have some extra wishes e.g. for a photo stop. Also our driver Mr. Asher was very nice and we kept contact for getting a transport to Cairo two days later, which was no problem at all! Thank you both very much for this great day.

The mermaid of the mediterranean

A whole day tour with full of interesting sites in the mediterranean city of Alexandria. Our guide had to leave us in the Library because of health issues, but the company organised another guide within an hour. They handled the situation in a very professional way and it had no negative effect on our experience at all. We wanted to visit the museums in the library anyway :). Alexandria is a lovely city and I can truly recommend this tour for those who want to get an overview of all the historical sites within one day.

Very interesting and professional Alexandria tour. Our guide arrived just on time in a very comfortable vehicle. Due to professionalism of both guide and driver and good traffic situation, we managed to complete the whole tour program in less then 4 hours. The guide provided us with very interesting and relevant commentary and spoke perfect English (with a good sense of humour). I recommend this tour to all first-time visitors to the city.

Our tour of Alexandria was informative and complete. We saw everything on the itinerary plus a few more sites. I loved the Library!!! I am glad that we were able to change our to date to one when the library was open. Having a guide and a driver made seeing everything quicker and easier.
