Seeing the Library of Alexandria and touching stones from the original Lighthouse of Pharos at the Citadel were highlights. Our guided Machmoad and driver Eslam made a great team and made for an entertaining and educational day. This a great one day overview of Alexandria's highlights.

Our day in Alexandria was excellent. Our guide and driver showed us the highlights in such a way that we avoided choke times and didn't have to wait for tickets. The Catacombs were fascinating and Pompey's Pillar interesting especially after all the historical context was explained. Visiting the library was the best and the fort on the site of the ancient lighthouse was very worthwhile. The included lunch was welcome both for the opportunity to rest out of the heat as well as for the refreshment and nutrition.

Absolutely wonderful! We booked with very late notice (midnight for 10am tour) and they were able to accommodate. Our driver, Heny, gave great service. Even though we didn’t have a guide on that short notice, Heny still pointed out places of interest. He also escorted us to each site (safely across busy streets) and immediately found us upon our exit to bring us back to the car. Thanks Heny!

We had the perfect day tour of Alexandria with Walid! He was very accommodating and kind, he tailored the tour to meet our needs, and was patient while we took a million photos. The sites were amazing and Walid gave us detailed information about each one. The driving was also safe and we felt taken care of the whole time. The tour was very good from the beginning to the end. It took around 6 hours including the dinner at the fish restaurant by the sea. All went as planned, but the best thing was the tour guide, Mahmoud who was very professional and knowledgeable. He did his best to make our tour a great experience. Catacombs, Alexandria library, Pompey Pillar, the Citadel and the Amphitheatre arevall.worthy seeing if you're in Alexandria, and if you have a great tour guide, lije Mahmoud, and a good driver like ours, you are even luckier.

We had an excellent day lead by our guide, Nevine, and driver, Islam. Nevine is a native of Alexandria and shared the rich history and culture of her city. The citadel, catacombs, and library were highlights. We also appreciated the stop at a local ice cream shop and the mosque.

I got picked up at my hotel on time by my guide, Dina. We visited all the places listed in the itinerary. At each place we spent enough time and Dina did not rush me. She gave me extra time to look further as I needed. She was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable. We ended the tour with a lovely lunch at a seafood restaurant with sea view. I would surely recommend this tour.
