Das Boot war mehr als voll, die "Highights" werden von 25ig Booten gleichzeitig beglücktt

Leider war starker wellengang, die Sicht vom Boot aus miserabel. Beeindruckt hat mich daß die Werbung immer 6 Personen zeigt, aber die Boote fahren mit bis zu 13 Personen. An den Schnorchelstellen angekommen lagen im Schnitt 25 Boote a 12 Leute - 300 Leute im Wasser. Mag für Topschwimmer u Taucher gehen, aber kaum angekommen, viele hatten noch keine Ausrüstung, da schwammen die "Profis" schon los, man kann ja was versäumen. Ich kann jeden Nicht Geübten Schwimmer
eigentlich abrate, es ist nur ein Geschäft sonst nix. Wer das Geld hat kann mit einem Charterboot und 2 Leuten rausfahren und NICHT alle zur gleichen Zeit an der gleichen Stelle. Nachteil bei so vielen Turis, wenn ein Hai an die Oberfläche kommt, rennen 12 Leute auf eine Seite, keine Chance für gute Fotos. Ich habe nicht ein EINZIGES !! Der Landungssteg ist eine Bruchbude, nicht wie zb in Placencia, mit Shop für Shirts. Die Besatzung tat sehr viel, was mir auf den Keks ging, daß auf der Rückfahrt nur das Wort "Tip" $$$ zu hören war. wenn ich so darauf gedrängt werde, gebe ich garnichts. Okay das ist halt meine Meinung

Fantastic day on the boat! Snorkeling was spectacular!! Caye Caulker lunch and shopping were awesome as well!!!
Highly recommend 10/10 day for us ❤️
Sharks, manatees, stingrays, coral reefs and tarpons were my favorite!

Best value tour out there!

Although we had a brief moment where it looked the tour wouldnt go due to low numbers (slow season) we ended up going afterall. I can honestly say, it was the best tour for the money! We didnt have raunchy hip hop music or even an open bar, but instead we saw sharks, turtles, manatees, tarpon, birds and even eagle rays! The crew (Abraham & Kyle) were fantastic! My friend was timid to snorkel and Abraham took her around with the life raft so she could relax and view the marine life. He dove for conch, pointed out fish and led us to magnificent sea creatures like manatees and eagle rays. On the way back the boat broke down but they were so calm and kind and always kept us informed. When the rescue boat came for us, they even rode back with us so nobody felt abandoned. Great company, great employees, great tour! 5 stars!

My family and I had a great experience. We saw everything! Hundreds of fish, numerous sharks, stingrays, manatees, bonus dolphins and sea turtles! Guides ( Abraham and Vince) were very friendly and funny!

Our trip was a great experience. We had 5 of us with 2 adults and 3 children ages 17, 9, and 6. We got to see so many different types of reef fish, nurse sharks, rays, and even a manatee. The guides were really awesome and helpful. We would definitely recommend this tour.

We made several stops. Abraham was a great guide. He told us what kind of fish and corals we were seeing. Overall I saw turtles, nurse sharks, spotted eagles rays, dozens of fish species, manatees and a seahorse! Fun day.

Experience was fantastic!! The owner is very friendly, the tour guides were knowledgeable and helpful and accommodating. Amazing snorkeling experience where we saw nurse sharks, raise, colorful fish, coral, barracuda, lobster, manatee! We also visited the tarpoon area and seahorse habitat which were very cool. Had a lunch and a little time on Caye Caulker which was nice. Definitely recommend!!!

The tour itself was excellent, however getting there was a nightmare! We paid an extra fee, because our villa was "on the other side of the island" to be picked up by a taxi at 6:00 am. We were waiting by 5:50 am along with the groundsman of our Villa. Our flight from San Pedro left the airport at 7:00 am, and we needed to be checked in by 6:45 am or our entire day ($330 per person for 3 of us) would be cancelled. At 6:30am we were still waiting! Thankfully our groundsman was able to flag down his friend who was driving by and after an additional $50 and a call to the airport, we made the flight by the skin of our teeth! Book directly through the tour company. I called and emailed both that morning and since and have heard nothing back from Belizng.com. The were very quick to let us know when we owed them the extra money for the taxi when I originally booked with them.

This is a confusing review and dont think it was actually done with out company. The details doesnt add up. I tried to have it removed but it was denied because nothing mentioned above is referencing our tours.

Recommend for large groups

Heads up. The night before we were supposed to do this tour, we got a message that the tour was canceled and we could reschedule to a different day that more people would be attending. If you have a large group, this won't happen to you but it did shake up our schedule. The day we went had light rain that cleared up so we didn't see manatees, dolphins, or turtles. However, it was still a fun and memorable experience.

Sorry there was some setbacks in your schedule, we do have days during the slower time of the year when we just cant get the number of guests needed to operate and instead of cancelling we sadly ask you to reschedule so that we can run with numbers needed to at least have a break even day.

I received an email around 7pm that our trip for the next day was cancelled due low booking. They require guests 24hr window to cancel but they cancelled us just a little over 12hrs before our trip which left us no time to rebook with another tour group. I completely understand the need to cancel for low booking but give me the same courtesy by letting me know well in advance so that I can make other arrangements. I would give zero stars if I can.

Unfortunately for this reservation we were unable to fulfill it due to business being extremely slow those days. I tried the day prior to get other guests so that the tour would be possible but I wanst successful and even went as far as trying to have it passed on to another of my colleagues but they too didnt have any guests for the above mentioned tour so I had no other option but to cancel. Please note that the cancellation rarely happens, on slower days we contact our guests to see if they can move a day here or there to make the tour possible.
We appreciate you giving us an opportunity to take you snorkeling and again apologize for not being able to full this service.
