Nice Tour

Die Trolleytour war gut organisiert und fing pünktlich an. Der Guide - (aus Utah) war sehr freundlich und erzählte viel über Orte und Geschichte der Stadt. Man bekam eine gute Übersicht über die Stadt und hatte die Möglichkeiten an einigen Stellen auszusteigen und Fotos zu machen. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es, da ich vom Earthquake Park enttäuscht war. Man stoppt quasi nur am Eingangsschild und kann einen welligen Wald herunter sehen. Da habe ich mir mehr erhofft. Ansonsten für den Preis ein kurzweiliger, schöner Spass. Würde auch jedesmal die Deluxe Tour buchen, um auch einmal auszusteigen und Fotos zu machen.

We were driving back from Fairbanks on the morning of the tour, so didn't reach the meeting point until 2:10pm, and eventually missed our trolley for 2:00pm. I talked to Cici (Cecilia), one of the girls helping with the tour, and she was able move us to the 2:30pm tour instead! She was super nice and accommodating, since it was a Sunday, and the rest of the afternoon tours were already fully booked. We immediately took it, since we were on a short trip to Anchorage for the weekend, and couldn't reschedule another day. I even clicked a photo with her :) Our trolley driver Prince was such a charmer! He was funny, shared so many stories, and was really knowledgeable about the areas we went to. I think it's one of those tours that I'll remember for a while! Thank you for having such amazing guides and staff on-board, who make any bad day turn into something great :)

Learning about people in ALASKA. About earthquake of 64. A wonderful knowledge filled guide. Learning more history of Alaska and how important the railroad was and is to the state.

Great tour and tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Saw some good highlights of Anchorage and had several opportunities to exit the bus to explore. Also had a great visit to the Information Center. Staff super nice and helpful.

Although I liked our tour guide Aaron unfortunately the tour itself wasn’t anything of excitement. The places we visited were sorry to say boring. Maybe the others on the tour enjoyed it so this is my own opinion.

I was on the fence about doing this tour but so glad we did. John was our driver and guide and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. You go all over Anchorage and learn a lot about it’s history and culture. If you have limited time, this is a great way to see a lot. We used it as a way to gauge what we wanted to do for the rest of our day in Anchorage and got recommendations on great restaurants and breweries.. We even got to see some moose!
