Wir konnten das Nordlicht nicht sehen. Das wird verstanden. Unsere Reiseleiterin versuchte jedoch, uns einen blauen Streifen am Himmel zu zeigen und sagte, wir hätten jetzt das Nordlicht gesehen. Sein einziger Zweck war es, eine Rückerstattung zu vermeiden. Wir fuhren die ganze Nacht herum und es schien, dass er keine Ahnung hatte, wohin er gehen sollte. Außerdem mussten wir die ganze Nacht damit verbringen zuzuhören, wie großartig er in allem war, was er in seinem Leben tat. Eine Geschichte nach der anderen, die uns davon überzeugen wollte, wie großartig er war.

Scott was an excellent guide! We missed the "big show" of lights the previous night, but Scott kept us highly engaged while we were looking for the possibility of seeing them...even with the extending of if they appeared the following night he would contact us. We absolutely loved Scott and his knowledge base and caring nature!!!

It was possible to see the lights. I had booked without checking the weather conditions so lights were faint and only possible to really see with a camera. Scott was awesome and tried his best to show us the lights in spite of weather conditions. Got some good pictures would recommend just make sure it's a clear night.

Knowledgeable guide. Beautiful lights. Lights started out low and then Into bright dancing cloud glows, ribbons, twists, waterfalls, and more. Mostly green with a touch of pink, red, purple…even a dash of blue. First clear night in weeks and more cloudy nights coming. Guide won’t give unless the sky is clear so we can see the lights.

I highly recommend this tour over the others, Scott really had a passion to show us the Northern lights he has his own private area he found by doing his own exploration, this area is very private, hes committed on making sure you get what you paid for if the forecast doesn't look good he will not go unless the northern lights are viewable. He is also great on helping you use the personal camera to take the photos properly I only had my samsung phone and he was able to go thru my settings to take the photos properly for night vision I had no Idea my phone had this capability.

Scott is an excellent guide and will teach you everything about the Northern lights and how to capture the perfect moment. He will take you out to the least light polluted area with a clear view. Now, the key is to catch it. Mid-April can truly be a hit or miss due to the 16+ hours of daylight. Regardless, of Scott having a running van blasting with heat, the outside is still very cold so come prepared. Note: bring a nice, high resolution camera with you as its phenomenal what you can do with a camera. Yes, modern iPhones and Androids are good, but if you have it - bring it. And avoid liquids; after all, you’re in the middle of nowhere.

I was a little skeptical chasing lights in Anchorage after successfully catching them 4 nights in Fairbanks. Scott did not disappoint. He took us to one of his favorite places, way out of town and the lights not only arrived, but also seemed to try to follow us home. Scott is also a very experienced and knowledgeable photographer, willing to answer all questions. Great overall experience.

Experience of a lifetime! The guide really made your experience being his top priority. He was helpful in explaining how to best use my camera as well as took the time to capture moments of the night to later share with us. I am SO excited to head home and print a nice large picture of the night. Great time and would definitely recommend this.

Our host Scott was wonderful. Unfortunately the Lights didn’t cooperate so much. However I would highly recommend Scott if you’re up for chasing the Northern Lights.

To be honest the northern lights showed up only for a brief moment and they were not that green but the experience of sitting the whole night in the middle of complet wilderness and looking on the sky its something else, beautiful. It was very cold outside but Scott was keeping us warm in his car the whole time.

Took a Spontaneous trip to Alaska in hopes to see the Northern Lights and check it off my bucket list. And Scott helped me accomplish that goal! Scott was very knowledgeable about Alaska, photography and where the best place to see the lights! He goes over and beyond for his guests. Provided snacks, drinks, blankets, chairs, hand warmers and always leaves the car running so you can warm up :). Even though weather wasn’t cooperating, finally got to see the Lights. I HIGHLY recommend booking through Scott. You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful tour. We were picked up at our hotel and taken to a beautiful site at the top of a mountain. The tour guide had snacks and drinks and kept the vehicle running so we could stay warm. He provided helpful photography tips and fun facts about the lights and wildlife. I would 100% recommend this tour

Northern Lights with Scott is the best!!!

Scott is a fantastic tour guide. We started the tour early and was able to witness Aurora Borealis with plenty of time. He is sooo knowlegeable with how these natural phenomenon occur as well as how life in Alaska would be. He is so honest in stating facts with no false hopes. We decicded to go that night because it was the reason why we booked a flight to Alaska. My husband and I are soo happy Northern lights came out that day. Scott taught us a little of photography which was very helpful. He is a humble guy and very accomodating. We all have good connections in the tour group and it indeed felt like a family. Scott is a professional photographer and even shared his beautiful pictures that night for free. I would definitely recommend this tour with Scott!!!

You would think that there would be some type of refund for this utter waste of time and money, mind you it's not cheap. He drove us two hours away just to sit in a van for what felt like hours, to see nothing. We got nothing that was on the list. We did however got pictures that couldn't have been from that night.
