Mina, die Person von der Agentur, war so freundlich, unsere Tour auf einen späteren Zeitpunkt zu verschieben, da unser Zug von Alex verspätet war und er uns am Bahnhof abholte. Unser Führer war auch unterhaltsam und lustig, wir haben die Tour wirklich genossen. Da wir nach der Tour nach Luxor mussten, ließen sie uns am Bahnhof ab. Dort stellten wir fest, dass Mina dort auf uns wartete, um uns mit dem Zugticket zu helfen. Ihr Service verdient volles Kompliment und ich konnte nicht genug für ihre Hilfe danken. Exceptional service all around. Aida as a guide was very knowledgable and pleasant. Unfortunately the Philae Temple was closed on the day due to high winds that prevent boats from making the journey to the island. But Aida and Mena (organiser) were amazingly helpful and set me up to do the Philae tour the next morning. Rami was our guide the next morning, great English and very well versed with the history of the temple, extremely passionate about Egypt's history making our experience even better. Just great people wanting to do right. Aida and Mena also helped me organise the a day trip to Edfu and Kom Ombo from Aswan, which can be challenging. Highly recommended, would definitely go with them again!

Temple of Philae - A must visit in Aswan!

We organised a visit to the Temple of Philae and Aswan High Dam with Mina because we had half a day in Aswan at the end of our Nile cruise. Mina was very responsive and accommodating, even when we changed our pick-up location very close to the time of our tour. Mina's associate Rami accompanied us on the tour, and he was very knowlegeable and theatrical, which was definitely entertaining for us! He took the time to show us around the Temple of Philae - this place is a must visit in Aswan! At the end of our tour we were dropped off at our destination of choice bang on time as requested. At no point did we feel we were being rushed - we also enjoyed the boat ride to the Temple.

A very nice and quick tour around assuan. We had a lovely guide who had a lot of stories to tell. The driver was also nice, but towards the end a bit stressed, i don‘t know why… All in all definetly recommended tour!

I booked a joined tour but I was alone this day and they still did the tour for me. The guide was very good, explained everything I would like to know about Philae Temple. I recommend going with them. By the way, the high dam was not worth 100P entry ticket, you can ask to change to Unfinished Obelisk. And as I was by myself, the boat fee to Philae Temple was more expensive than the temple itself. But I still enjoyed this tour very much.

Merci beaucoup pour votre retour , normalement la visite ( petit groupe non privé) doit démarrer de centre ville à 14h00 et comme votre hotel se trouve au village nubien gharb Sohel ( loin de la ville ) donc le chauffeur a fait 45 minutes pour venir vous chercher de village, à mon avis c'était mieux pour vous de réserver une visite privé pour pouvoir choisir l'heure de départ et partir plus tôt de village.
