You are lying about the fact that only ONE vehicle broke down. The other 4 were working perfectly. Here below is my reply to your other account that you used to write the complaint:
Hi Pierre,
I have now spent the last week trying to reach you on your phone, even leaving voice mails and have had no success. Are you interested at all discuss this situation and to find a solution?
Moreover, please make sure you don't leave out any important information in your complaint, which you have failed to do. Let me help you with that:
1. Your whole group arrived 15 minutes late which meant the whole tour was put in a very tight spot.
2. Out of the 5 of you driving, 1 Hot Rod had a mechanical issue. none of the others did. We offered to a FULL refund for the one that had a problem. The other 4 of you, very strangely did not want to continue the tour. Why not? Instead you wanted a full refund for the other 4 Hot Rods that were perfectly fine to continue. That's a very crazy demand. If you rent 5 cars from Hertz/Avis/Sixt and one of the cars broke down, the car rental company would refund you for the broken down car, and not for all 5. Why is that so hard for you to understand?
3. On the way back to our station, your group broke all the rules of our company! Overtaking, speeding, driving extremely dangerously. You can get yourself killed or cause dangerous accidents with such reckless and completely unacceptable behavior. These things didn't seem to matter to you, even though we told you at the traffic lights to stop doing that. You simply did not care.
4. Being rude and unruly to our staff is unacceptable. The guide told you many times that he does NOT have the authority to give refunds, which is of course the truth. He does not. What do we need to do for you to understand that? And he politely asked you to contact our managers as they will be the ones dealing with your refund and finding an amicable solution. None of this you wanted to accept. Bullying staff members and being verbally abusive is not acceptable behavior in any circumstance.
We will continue to try to reach out to you so we can discuss your refund, but if you don't pick up or get back to us, then there is nothing much we can do.
