The guide even instructed the customer over the phone where the meeting spot is and how to find it, but the customer told the guide that he's "done with the tour" and doesn't want to spend any more time trying to find the meeting location.
Unfortunately, we're not responsible for the customer's transportation to the meeting spot. We meet all customers at a certain location and start from there. If a customer refuses to use a map and get to the meeting point on their own, it's their choice.
The tour did not even start as the customer refused to take the tour because he did not want to find a meeting spot. Once again, the meeting spot was easy to find, right next to the metro stop, and it's impossible to skip it.
