Met under the big flag at the western side of the Reichstag .There were 6 in our group - 2 from Miami, 3 from Taiwan, and 2 English and it was nice to enjoy the company of others from all over the world. Our guide, Sara, was very knowledgeable and led us on a walk through the history of Berlin. It gave us a great insight into the tragic stories attached to this city and to ensure such things should not happen again, albeit it was an insight from the German side rather than the Allies side which we were more accustomed too! . We learned such a lot. Our questions were answered. We would recommend his tour.

We really enjoyed our tour with Luciano, there were only four of us and Luciano was really enthusiastic and made the tour really interesting. Although the tour was supposed to be for four hours , he actually spent 71/2 hours showing us around Berlin. Luciano was a brilliant tour guide and felt like he was a new friend when we left him.

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and happy to share that knowledge. However, our half day walking tour which started at 10am was still not finished at 5pm when we decided to drop out as we were close to our hotel. Also, it was not possible to identify our guide at the start of the tour. We had an uncomfortable 15mins trying to identify them amongst all the other tours starting at the same time and place. I'd recommend at least a small sign to make that part easier.

This Tour guide was amazing, only 4 of us in group so he asked if we had time to go longer, we all said yes, so what should have been a 4 hr Tour went for 7 hrs. He couldn't have been better, very enthusiastic and we all stopped and had a great lunch, this guy really knows his stuff, Thank you!

This was a waste of money. The guide was the worst I have ever experienced. He was late about a half hour. He said he was covering for another guide who was sick. Then he spent the first hour in one spot where we met talking about obscure and inaane details. It felt like he wanted to impress us with his knowledge. We asked him to step inside for a second because the whole group- our group of four and another couple were freezing. He just ignored everyone's needs. Finally I just went into a coffee shop and everyone followed for a short time to warm up. We then asked to see other sights in the area as noted in our tour description and he continued on about irrelevant things not related to the tour. He also insulted capitalism knowing the whole group was American. My group of four left the tour half way through because we were not learning anything as noted in the tour description.

My husband, daughter and I thought that his was a terrific tour and a wonderful way to capture the essence of Berlin. Our guide, Manfred, was wonderful and was able to share an enormous amount of history and culture of Germany. He was also very personable and passionate about the culture and a great person to walk with to tour the city. We would very highly recommend this tour!
