Eine erstaunliche Erfahrung!

Unsere Tickets für diese Kreuzfahrt waren ein Geschenk für meinen Geburtstag. Neben dem Kapitän und der Besatzung befanden sich nur wenige andere Passagiere (eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern) an Bord, was den Spaß umso mehr machte. Der Kapitän fragte mein Lieblingslied (als wir meinen Geburtstag feierten) und sie spielte die Beatles während der gesamten Kreuzfahrt. Die Besatzung hob die Segel und wir fuhren direkt weiter. Der Sonnenuntergang war wunderschön und wir genossen Cocktails und die Crew machte ein paar wirklich leckere Snacks. Wir haben schon ein paar andere Sonnenuntergangsfahrten unternommen, aber dies war zweifellos mein Favorit. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit und es war absolut ein Geburtstag, an den wir uns erinnern sollten. Nach unserer Kreuzfahrt kehrten wir in die Bucht zurück und beobachteten die Farben am Himmel, als die Sonne unterging. Die Crew war fantastisch und hat vor Sonnenuntergang Fotos für alle gemacht. Eine lustige und fantastische Erfahrung. Vielen Dank, Captain Cynthia und Crew! ! 10/10 würde empfehlen!

Fantastic! From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. Our 3 crew members were kind and professional. We had only 13 guests on the boat so there was plenty of room. The sailing, the sunset, and the weather were perfect. We even had an engagement on board! Loved this experience and would definitely go again with this company. My only complaint is the directions to the meeting spot were not very clear. I would recommend mentioning to “go to the middle of the beach area where you will see the transit boat. Look for the check in a-frame sign.”

Beautiful Sunset cruise with amazing crew!

The crew and captain were all so accommodating and super friendly. We even spotted a whale! Must do when I’m Hawaii. We brought our 13 month old son and he loved every second of it! The crew took care of all our belongings and made us feel safe & well taken care of! We opted for the sunset cruise and even though there were clouds it was still so beautiful. Cannot recommend this experience enough!

Overpriced rundown service

Hawaii Nautical has reached a new bottom. They overbooked the trip and loaded 2 boats amount into one catamaran. If you don’t like standing in an overcrowded bus experience don’t go with them. The catamaran is completely rundown, even toilet flush is broken. And they charge you $150 per person. This is a complete ripoff for the service they provide. If your party size is 4 or more, book a private boat the price will be the same.

Sunset whale watching

We had a fantastic time! Captain Keith and his crew kept us fed and made sure we had drinks in hand. When we spotted whales, they immediately changed into a whale watching cruise, which was a perfect way to spend the evening. Will come back next year!

Beautiful Sunset Sail

The crew was welcoming, kind, and funny! Beautiful view of the sunset and plenty of room on the catamaran. Bar is limited but drinks were readily available. Snacks are chips and granola bars but there was a surprise dinner offered of rice and teriyaki chicken. It was a very nice experience and would certainly ride again.

Unpleasant experience

This cruise was not the greatest of experiences for a few reasons. The boat ride/sunset cruise itself was fine and was a beautiful ride. However, first, the directions to get there were wrong. Clicking “Get Directions” in the Viator app, sent us 1.5 miles/approximately 10 minutes away from the beach parking area. There was no telephone number listed to call the company either, but thankfully the captain called and gave directions after we found the beach. We almost missed the cruise due to the wrong directions and having to figure out where it was located. Additionally, the service from the onboard crew was less than satisfactory. The crew walked from one side of the boat to the other and also passed us, but while others were offered drinks, we were not. Towards the middle of the cruise one of the crew started passing out containers and forks (for dinner - there was a dinner meal), but we were not offered a dinner. The crew were also picking up trash from others afterwards, and offered to take photos for others, but none of this was offered to us. We saw that there were extra dinners too, so it wasn’t a scenario where they ran out of meals. We were sitting inside by the bar area and while the cruise/boat ride itself was fine this experience made us really feel uncomfortable and excluded. Other customers were certainly much more welcomed and seemed more valued than us. We were literally sitting by the bar area and were ignored. While we were not expecting dinner, everybody was offered a fork and a container for dinner, but we were not. Again, the actual boat ride itself was fine and the captain was friendly/helpful as well, but this behavior from the crew was unexpected.

The guys on the boat were the best crew members ever!!!! They carried great conversations with the guest made us laugh and were very thoughtful My only downfall was I’m vegan so me and another guest got the salad entree only to find out it came with teriyaki sauce by mistake no salad dressing! That means I couldn’t eat with my husband I was starving to ! I wanted to cry cus how do you put teriyaki sauce on a salad ?
