    Der Führer war sehr kompetent. Er sorgte dafür, dass wir alles über die Geschichte von Bordeaux und seine Weinproduktion wussten. Er war auch freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

    Unser Führer Daniella war ausgezeichnet. Sie war äußerst hilfsbereit, sachkundig und hatte eine große Begeisterung, die die Gruppe durchdrang. Ein fantastischer Tag.

    Dies war eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Wir probierten Wein aus zwei verschiedenen Weinbergen, beide einzigartig unterschiedlich. Alles lecker! Wir beendeten die Tour in Saint Emilion, wo wir noch eine letzte Weinprobe hatten und erkundeten dann mit unserer Reiseleiterin Danielle die schöne Stadt. Wir waren eine Familie mit zwei 60-Jährigen und zwei 20-Jährigen und wir haben es alle genossen. Ich kann diese Tour wärmstens empfehlen.

    Our tour guide Vincent drove us safely to Saint Emillon. During the road trip he provided us with very good information about the region. We visited 2 château's, the village where we had an additional wine tasting. In the 1st château we enjoyed lunch gracefully setup by Vincent. We loved this tour.

    We really enjoyed our trip to Saint-Emilion with Nikolas as our guide. We visited two wineries - we shared tastings at both and had a great picnic lunch that Nikolas laid out for us. We had the opportunity to absorb the scenery outside Saint-Emilion, and we stopped a number of times to take pictures of beautiful chateaux. Our day ended in town with a great wine tasting at a local wine shop. I believe we tasted 14 different wines during our day. After a week on a riverboat and several days on our own in Bordeaux, we felt this day was a highlight of our vacation. We would absolutely take this tour again should we make it back to Bordeaux.

    Great afternoon spent in St Emillion. Nicholas was a great guide and very knowledgeable about the area. We especially enjoyed our picnic lunch at one of the chateaus we visited. Would recommend this tour.

    We wish hotel pick up was possible. The trip was otherwise fabulous, our tour guide was lovely, the lunch was perfect ( loved the canales!)- the wine tastings were comprehensive. Overall great value.
    10 minutes and a quick walk is not enough

    We took the tour because we wanted to visit St. Emilllion and do a little wine tasting. We ended up with a 10 minute visit to the parking area of St Emillion and a quick walk up the hill at the end of the day. The rest of the time is spent at 2 actual wineries and then we were taken to the tour company's wine shop at St Emillion and tasted a few more with a fairly hard sell to purchase. I felt it was at the expense of seeing the signs and as a result, very disappointing. Didn't even have time to pick up a souvenir. If you actually want to see this Unesco World Heritage Site, don't take this tour.

    The tour was amasing. We visited two chateaux and St Emilion. Of course there was a lot of wine tasting which was very nice. Frankly I would have prefered to visit only one chateau and spend more time in St Emillion, but otherwise it was an excellent tour.

    Really good tour with lovely guide Stefan who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The wineries we visited showed different aspects of the wine industry and were very interesting with lovely wines to taste. Beautiful scenery. Picnic lunch was excellent but it would have been better if both bottles of wine were put on the table at the start of the meal. We didn’t realise until we had almost finished that there was another bottle included so the party of 8 were eking out quite a small amount of wine per person throughout the meal which we had almost finished before the second was offered so we didn’t drink it. The tasting at the wine shop in St Emilion and the guided tour were also very good. We would have liked a little longer to explore more of St Emilion which could have been achieved by shortening the time at each of the two wineries slightly as we had some free time at both. However overall we really enjoyed the trip and it was well worth doing.
