Die Bushaltestellen zu finden ist sehr schwierig, und leider fährt der Bus nur alle 2 Stunden, sodass man nicht aussteigen kann, da der nächste Bus erst 2 Stunden später kommt. Die Erklärungen n vom Band sind leider nicht synchronisiert mit der Tour.

Nicht einer der besten Hop-on-Hop-off-Tourbusse, in denen ich je gewesen bin. Zunächst musste ich fast eine Stunde warten, bis der nächste Bus vorbeikam und mich abholte, und zweitens hatte der Bus kaum Wärme, besonders wenn es eiskalt war kalt draußen. Ich glaube, ich hätte den örtlichen Bus nehmen können, um an mein Ziel zu gelangen, abgesehen davon, dass ich die große Summe für eine Fahrt bezahlt hätte.

Busse verspäten sich routinemäßig und keine Informationen. Obwohl sie behaupten, dass Sie durch das Herunterladen der App verfolgen können, gibt es die Informationen nicht. Wir warteten fast eine Stunde darauf, dass der Bus schließlich alle anderen Fahrten mit einem privaten Taxi beendete. Viator sollte diese Touren nicht verkaufen und es war einfach eine schreckliche Erfahrung und verschwendete unseren Tag, nur um auf den Bus zu warten. Wir hatten immer gute Erfahrungen mit Viator-Touren, mit Ausnahme dieser Tour.

Es war nicht einfach, den Platz zum Einsteigen zu finden, aber wir haben es schließlich geschafft. Der Bus war in Ordnung, genauso wie die Route. Wir haben das Blau genommen. Das Fahren des Fahrers war übermäßiges Bremsen, zu viele kurze Kurven und die scharfen Kurven verursachten bei mir Übelkeit. Die Erzählung war nicht klar, nicht genau und langweilig, dazu zu viele dumme Lieder und Musik. Ich habe mich nicht um die rote Route gekümmert, weil mir übel war. Geldverschwendung.

Not the best HOHO tour

Have been on better HOHO bus tours. Difficult to find the start/bus stop 1, the map in the leaflet was not clear or detailed enough. For red or blue line The narrative wasn’t particularly informative and the music used was grating. The route went near to some of the sights and the narration described things you couldn’t actually see which was disappointing.

This is the best way to take in the city. It’s spread out too much to do everything by foot. Too expensive to rent a car and minimal parking. We took the red AND the blue line the first day and only hopped off once to switch lines. It’s a little tricky switching from one line to the other but ask for help from friendly driver or down load the Tootbus App on your phone. With the app you can pre download the audio stops to listen as well but they DO provide ear buds and a paper map. The next day we got back on to visit the sights we liked the best. Plan on an hour and a half per line (red & blue) and then add 30 to 45 minutes for each stop that you want to get off the bus.

Horrible! Left us stranded at the change station. Drivers gave false information on how long they ran for, Tootbus website stated they were running til 6pm but really stopped at 4:30. Take an Uber instead!!

NOT WORTH THE EFFORT - LOOK ELSEWHERE

Waiting in vain for 90 minutes for a 'Blue Route' bus and then having to find the initial departure point to board. Then the following day on the 'Red Route' my wife being left behind whilst I was still on the bus despite the driver knowing she had just got off to get some water, then he advised me to get off at the next stop without checking the following driver knew to advise my wife - we finally found each other. An absolute farce. The commentary on both routes is the worst I have experienced on many city centre bus tours. Whilst passing really interesting buildings all you hear is awful music, inane jokes or the history of Frites!

Bus stops were hard to find. No one at stop to help or answer questions. Busses were very late. We waited 40 minutes past the scheduled time for the red line. Then waited 30 minutes past the scheduled time for the blue only to be told by a shop keeper that the bus didn’t stop there even though it was the address we had and there was a toot bus sign. Then walked to the next stop only to wait another 30 minutes past the next scheduled time to finally give up and walk back without seeing the blue route at all. Scheduled times come only once every hour so if you miss it or it is late or it doesn’t come at all you spend a lot of time waiting.
