We had a long day with flight delays and he had to pick us up at 10:30 pm. He was there when we came off escalator with bright sing with my name. Sure was glad to see him because we were worried about finding him. He found us. Thank You. He was very nice polite and made nice conversation. Very good service. Would recommend to anyone.

Our driver Bill was wonderful! Waiting for us in the baggage area when we arrived. Gave us a tour through Niagara Falls and NOTL before driving us to our hotel. Plus, suggested nice eating places. Even let us stop to get some Wonton soup. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the area.

The service to and from Buffalo International Airport and Niagara Falls Canada was prompt and convenient for my travel plans. Our driver met us exactly as directed with no waiting. Both drivers were so pleasant and gracious with helping with luggage to providing interesting facts about Niagara Falls and the Niagara region. The border experience went smooth and our return driver checked the wait times at two bridges prior to our pick up and used the one with the least amount of traffic to get us to the airport without a long wait. I appreciated having this type of service available for me and my family. I would certainly recommend it to anyone considering travel to Buffalo/Niagara Falls and elsewhere.

Viator partnered with Wheelz Niagara to take our group of 11 from the BUF Airport to/from our hotel in Niagara Falls Canada. We were lucky to have Steve as our driver on both parts of our trip. As promised, he was in exactly the right spot to pick us up at the airport, holding the sign with our name. His vehicle was very similar to the smaller tour buses and suited our group perfectly. MUCH BETTER than if we had selected 2 SUVs and traveled separately. He loaded all of our luggage in the separate luggage compartment. He got us through the border crossing and delivered us to our hotel, while providing a bit of commentary on the sites we drove past. On the return leg, he found us in the hotel lobby and directed us to an exit door right where his vehicle was parked. He again loaded all of our luggage and we set off for the airport. He delivered us to the airport without incident. There were two aspects of this service that registered the most. (1) After doing much reading of Trip Advisor reviews of the many options, I was concerned about the reliability of our choice to appear when promised and to stay in communication with us. Steve did a great job on both counts. After seeing him where promised when we arrived, I was not worried. I called him directly several times to confirm things and never had an issue reaching him. (2) The vehicle that was used (14 passenger bus with separate luggage area) was absolutely perfect for our group. My only regret on this review is that I cannot give more than 5 stars! Great job, Steve and Wheelz Niagara!

The wife and I booked round trip transportation from Buffalo, New York to Niagara Falls, Canada. Our driver met us approaching the baggage claim area. He was polite, professional and informative about the areas history. Pickup for the return trip back to the United States was equally enjoyable. Our driver was well versed on the numerous Canadian wineries. He sparked the wife’s interest to the point we intend to plan a wine tasting trip. Utilizing Viator made for a carefree wedding anniversary trip, allowing us to focus on each other, opposed to logistics.

Very disappointed with vehicle type, not at all what was shown on add for the price. Per add we expected a luxury vehicle, something other than a mini van for that price. Felt deceived by the add. Drivers were great, very knowledgeable about the area.

I am so sincerely sorry that you were disappointed with our vehicles. We use this type of minivan intentionally for border crossings. We have been in business for several years and crossed the international bridges thousands of times with very few secondary inspections, issues or delays to our guests. We have never professed to be anything more than what we are. Clean, safe, efficient transportation with, as you mentioned awesome drivers.

I don’t know whose fault it was, but somehow our reservation didn’t get into their system. They went out of their way to solve the issue and we had a better trip to Niagara-on-the Lake (via the Falls) than we might have had otherwise. Harold came in on his day off and we got to NOTL beautifully. I’m assuming the trip back will be the same.
