It is a long day and our guide Paula did a very good job. However, given that it is a 15 hour day of which most of it is in the van, the van was not comfortable, and hence the rating.

Amazing tour Well origanized with amazing guide. I enjoyed it a lot Our guide was a living history book The only bone I have to pick is that as a solo traveler I have to pay 56usd more than any one else, but as this is a group tour not a private tour, I don’t see why

Our tour guide Hamad was really knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the history of each attraction we stopped at and also shared some interesting facts on the drive there. We stopped off for some gelato which he told us Alexandria was known for and he kindly paid for the whole group. Our driver Anwar was also really friendly and took group photos of us at the beach that we briefly stopped at. Overall the day was really fun, eye opening and would highly recommend!

I had an AMAZING experience on my day trip to Alexandria!!!! My tour guide, Mohammed, was fantastic. He was so nice, funny and knowledgeable. I learned so much about Alexandria and it's history, I loved my experience at the library and with him being a doctoral candidate, he made this tour so much more interesting. Being able to go into the Mosque that means so much to the faith and be as respectful as I could especially during Ramadan was really important to me, so Mohammed was very helpful and I had a great experience! I had a great lunch at a local restaurant he recommended, the fish was so good! I really truly enjoyed my time in Alexandria and can't wait to get back and spend more time in this city!

Our day in Alexandria was beautiful. Out tour guide Paulo and the driver, whose name I didn't get were great!! Paulo filled us with lots of information about this historic country. Although the drive was a little long, it was well worth it, and definitely recommend. The driver was very good always made us felt safe.

Wonderful day tour! My driver and guide were both named Kareem!! Couldn’t have been easier to remember as I am terrible with names. Kareem the guide was a fountain of information about Alexandria. I love it when you can tell that people enjoy what they do. It radiates and keeps you excited and interested. I asked for traditional street food for lunch and was not disappointed. I recommend this trip to everyone visiting Egypt and definitely the “Two Kareem’s”.

Great condensed tour of Alexandria. You do cover a lot in a day. My driver picked me up from my hotel in Cairo. I got a message in English informing me that he was waiting for me outside the hotel. When I went outside there were multiple cars parked and I couldn’t figure out which one was my driver. Well, my driver didn’t speak any English at all! I had to get the staff at the hotel reception to translate lol!! The staff was able to translate that my English-speaking guide would meet me in Alexandria phew! The driver was excellent but I worried about communication barriers if there was an emergency during the trip. The trip to and from Alexandria was smooth with no mishaps ( 3 hours each way). My Guide Karim was very knowledgeable and professional. The itinerary was great! I enjoyed the Bibliotheca Alexandria and would have loved to spend more time there but had a full schedule. I will go back and spend more time next time. The statue of Alexandria the great was undergoing repair. The mosques, citadel, naval soldier memorial, Roman Amphitheater, and Mamoura beach were all amazing sites.

Everything about the trip was smooth, and the tour guide was very knowledgeable about the sites that we visited. Great for a day trip to Alexandria to hit all of the important spots, although it did feel a little bit rushed. The gardens aren't that great, so I would have wanted to spend more time at the citadel instead. Definitely worth going inside.

très sympa cette visite d’alexandrie ! le guide était très gentil et expliquait très bien les différents lieux. nous avons vu la bibliothèque, l’amphithéâtre romain, la mosquée, l’église, et un château avec le port, journée parfaite. (le restaurant coûte approximativement 900EGP (30$) pour deux et honnêtement même si la vue est magnifique, ça n’en vaut pas la peine. pâtes et frites dans le même plat avec du poulet sec sans sauce. c’est un attrape-touristes
