Tolle Arbeit und toller Preis

Der Flughafen Kairo ist wahnsinnig beschäftigt mit vielen Menschen. Wir kamen kurz vor Mitternacht an, nachdem unser Flug Verspätung hatte. Der Fahrer wartete mit einem Schild mit unserem Namen und war sich der Verspätung bewusst. Toller Service und Fahrt zum Hotel in der Innenstadt von Kairo. 5 Sterne würden sie wieder verwenden, tolle Arbeit.

Internationaler Flughafen Kairo zum Mena House

Der angeforderte Transfer vom internationalen Flughafen Kairo (CAI) zum Marriott Mena House war ausgezeichnet. Wir kamen gegen 2.30 Uhr an und waren durch Gepäckausgabe / Reisepass / Zoll um 3.30 - 45 Uhr. Der Fahrer traf uns vor der Tür zur Ankunftshalle. Er meldete sich per E-Mail bei uns und hatte ein Schild mit unseren Namen. Er besuchte uns und erzählte uns von den Teilen Kairos, die wir auf dem Weg zum Mena-Haus durchquerten. Er war ein ausgezeichneter Fahrer in seinem persönlichen Fahrzeug, das eine Limousine war. Es war sauber und hatte Platz für 2 mittelgroße / große Koffer, 2 Handkoffer und unsere Rucksäcke. Im Allgemeinen eine ausgezeichnete Erfahrung und wir würden Viator wieder verwenden.

Great Airport to Hotel Transfer

Great hotel transfer from the airport. Mohamed kept in contact with me as i made my way out of the airport and was waiting for me. It was a stress free transfer, Mohamed made sure i had everything for a comfortable trip and also pointed out sites as our way to the hotel. Thanks Mohamed!

Our young driver was absolutely perfect. He was very professional and extremely courteous and patience. It’s important to note our flight was delayed by approximately 2 hours and to this driver credit, he texted us to say “No worries’ and he would pick us up whenever our plane came in. Great Service!!!

4 stars, the driver was a very nice man, and he had good communication over Whatsapp. I am giving 4 stars as this is much more expensive than an actual taxi, or any other company for that matter

Subcontractor Michael was rude and unprofessional

I requested a VIP meet and assist. There was no one at the airport to meet me. When I texted the subcontractor Michael he was very rude and said I only ordered transportation to the hotel. I told him I asked for meet and assist bc I didn’t want to wait in line at the airport. He kept telling me I was wrong and became even more rude. So I told him I don’t need his services. $42 for a 10 minute ride to the hotel is ridiculous.
