Nicht lohnenswert, da man Nil weder im Dunkeln sehen kann, noch das Essen gut ist. Der Bauchtanz war durchschnittlich, aber einer der Sänger hat uns den Atem geraubt. Nicht empfehlenswert, wenn Sie wenig Zeit haben, sonst können Sie dies versuchen, wenn Sie nichts anderes geplant haben

Pick up showed up at our hotel 2 hours late. We cancelled this tour. Was so unhappy with what happened. I had to call viator via international call to find out what happened to our tour. Then I specifically told Viator to make sure this does not happen again because the next day was our tour to Alexandria which is 3 hours drive each way. I was ensured It will not happened again. Lo and behold! The next day the same tour company Viator used in Cairo for our tour to Alexandria was the same company and was a no show again!!! I got a text from the tour guide asking what’s the address of our hotel. I asked back where are you, you are late. I did not get a response back and never showed up. It messed up 2days of our vacation. After traveling so many miles this is what we got.

The only reason it’s getting a rating at all is because I had to choose a rating in order to leave the review. We were supposed to go on this dinner cruise on 2/21/19 for my birthday celebration. We never got picked up from our hotel nor did we ever receive a confirmation after booking. We emailed and called the number listed and got zero response. Obviously I can’t rate the cruise, because unfortunately we didn’t even get to experience it. However the company itself is horrible with organizing the tour and communicating. We missed out on money, time and what could have been a great experience. Of course we didn’t have anything else booked for the night so we missed out on our first night in Egypt.

We had the best dinner cruise. Our host Mohammed was the best. He was patient and catered to our needs. The food selection was amazing. Take some cash for drinks, they didn’t have a card machine onboard. Mohammed always has a solution.I would recommend anyone to book this tour. Everything was amazing.

I bought 2 tickets for this event 3 days ahead of time, and had a confirmed reservation. However, nobody ever came to pick us up. After about 20 minutes of waiting, I called the help number and was told the event was already full for the night, but I could choose to do the 930 pm option if I wanted, vs cancel. I was very surprised and angry that nobody called me to tell me I didn't have a spot and that no one was coming to pick us up. I can't comment on the show since I didn't go, just that their customer service was terrible.

My sister and I decided to try out this excursion on our first evening in Giza. Our tour guide was amazing and very friendly. Seeing it was our first night we didn't know what to expect. Our guide spoke great english and was very informative on what to expect and answering all of our questions. We got to the cruise ship and boarded.They had a few levels, one for dining and the show and and upper deck where we could sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and sights of the city. The show was fun and entertaining and they even sang Happy Birthday to my sister as a special treat. The food was delicious and a great way to try out the Egyptian cuisine. I recommend this excursion as a good starter.
