Tour guide wasn’t very friendly. He left 3 people behind at a stop. The bus was freezing. There are a bunch of Banff tours, I’d recommend checking out a different company.

Dear Value Customer, Thank you for your feedback. Following our internal investigation, we found that 3 guests were late for the meet up time at Banff Gondola. The Gondola upload time is 1020AM. The tour guide announced meeting time was 1155AM. Our tour guide left the gondola station at 1206pm. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all our guests, we needed to proceed to the next tour stop as scheduled. Fortunately, the late guests were able to catch up with us at the next meeting point. We kindly request your understanding that, in order to provide a seamless experience for all our guests, our tours strictly adhere to punctuality guidelines. We thank you again for your valueable feedback.

I did enjoy the tour. Tour guide David provided interesting information and was helpful. Although at times he appeared to speak more Chinese than English, tour was to have an English speaking guide.

Great way to see Banff in a day

This was a great tour around Banff. If you can, definitely include the Gondola as an option. Bow Falls and Johnston Canyon were lovely (I would love to go back to Johnston Canyon to have more time there), as was the view of Banff Springs from Surprise Corner. The guide was always will to take pictures of people, so very helpful.

Would not have been able to do all the things I did in such short time frame. It was great not having to worry about finding places and parking. You got dropped off right at sites pretty close to entrances. It is absolutely beautiful!

Sammy was such a wonderful guide. Would have been nice if bus had bathrooms. Otherwise great. Bus was clean and comfortable. Gondola up Sulfur mountain fun.

Firstly I would like to say I’m not racist. Upon my meeting point, I am baffled by how or why I am on a tour with group of Chinese people. I am an Asian American also but I had a hard time understanding the tour guide. I was also confused about seating! We can sit anywhere as long the seats are not reserved. I was not comfortable when a guy came and sat next to me and kept touching/bumping onto me not saying sorry once! Rude! The tour guide asks me to move back and return the seats to the couple (which I thought they were siblings btw). I have learned that the platform of Viator is a Chinese agency ?? That being said, they only serve for their own people. They disrespect you and soooo RUDE. They lack of moral principles. I came for solo trip expecting to meet new people and to have a good experience, but turned out it was the worst!!! I will not recommend booking the tour through this platform if you want a better understanding tour, and if you don’t want to sit on the bus for hourrrrs just to get off for only 20mins each to see a scenery!. Bad time management. Your pretty much just sitting and waiting for other people from banff being picked up. The only good time you’ll have is in banff which is and hr and a half still not enough time since it’s extremely beautiful out there. To add, this is not worth it! You can spend on a cheaper price to spend your own leisure time however you want at the cost of $20, which I just found out last minute, to get to banff from Calgary airport! Sooo not worth the price so not worth your time, especially being in a wrong group who doesn’t respect you at all!

Banff is great, maybe not this tour though

Banff is a must do if in Calgary, however not on this tour, my booking indicates that this is an English speaking tour, it is a mainly oriental tour with the majority of the commentary in non English (I'm not racist - just not sure if it was Cantonese, Mandarin or other language(s).
