Die Reise war fantastisch, aber ich würde gerne den Abstecher bezahlen, falls die Fahrt mit dem Golfwagen zur Maya-Königin das nächste Mal nicht Teil der Reise war. Wir zahlten 50 US-Dollar.

Ich habe diese Tour für unsere 5-köpfige Familie gebucht. Das Schiff war schön und wir hatten Glück und unseres war nicht überfüllt. Einige der anderen Boote waren sehr voll! Die Tour ging erst gegen Mittag los, was nicht ideal war, da wir zur heißesten Zeit des Tages auf der Insel ankamen. Das Schnorcheln war nicht so toll, da es sehr windig war und das Wasser unruhig und schwer zu manövrieren war. Es schien, dass unser Boot sehr langsam fuhr, was dazu führte, dass unsere Zeit auf der Insel hektisch und kurz wurde. Es hat Spaß gemacht, mit den Golfwagen herumzufahren. Es war ein Aufpreis. Aber die kleine Crew war sehr lustig und sorgte die ganze Zeit über für reichlich Getränke. Insgesamt eine gute Reise für den Preis.

Tolle Tour! Wundervolle Aussichten, wunderschönes Wasser, tolle Menschen und ein lustiges Erlebnis. Tolles Schnorcheln! Viele bunte Fische. Sehr familienfreundlich. Wir würden es wieder tun. Ich wünschte nur, es gäbe etwas mehr Zeit, die Insel zu erkunden und einzukaufen, aber ich kann sie trotzdem wärmstens empfehlen.

Eine tolle Erfahrung

Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. Die Crew war lustig und versuchte, die Party am Laufen zu halten. Sie sorgten dafür, dass die Getränke strömten, aber es gab nicht viele Möglichkeiten auf dem Boot. Als wir zur Strandparty vom Boot kamen, gab es mehr Möglichkeiten für Getränke und reichlich Essen. Ursprünglich war geplant, dass wir am Morgen abreisen. Aufgrund des Staus verpassten wir jedoch unsere Segelzeit und mussten auf ein späteres Boot umsteigen. Das war kein Problem, denn wir konnten tatsächlich den Sonnenuntergang vom Boot aus sehen, was großartig war! ! Insgesamt bewerten wir diesen Ausflug mit 8/10. War auf jeden Fall ein Highlight unserer Reise.

Ich habe viele Ausflüge von Cancun aus gemacht. Dieses war jedoch am wenigsten organisiert und nicht wirklich kundenorientiert. Der Ton des Mannschaftsführers war etwas aggressiv. Die Musik war bis zum Ende der Kreuzfahrt nicht für alle Gäste verfügbar. Sie machten auch deutlich, dass sie uns im Wasser nicht helfen würden. Das ist eine kleine Enttäuschung.

Wir hatten so viel Spaß bei diesem Ausflug! ! ! Die Crew hat so viel Spaß gemacht und der Guide Alex war unglaublich! ! Es gab einige andere, die sich über die Zeit beschwerten, die wir an jedem Stopp hatten. Erwarten Sie nicht viel Zeit, vielleicht 30 Minuten pro Aktivität. Schnorcheln und Spinnaker sollten hier nicht beworben werden. Das Schnorcheln dauerte nur lange genug, um 70 Menschen ins Wasser und wieder hinaus zu treiben, und es gab keinen Spinnaker. Das Boot war überfüllt.

Die Katamaran-Tour war unglaublich! ! Ich war auf mehreren Katamaran-Touren auf der ganzen Welt und diese war bei weitem mein Favorit! Ich würde DEFINITIV empfehlen, auf die VIP-Tour umzusteigen. Es kostet nur 50 US-Dollar mehr pro Person und Sie erhalten ein kleineres Boot mit weniger Personen, mehr Schnorchelzeit, ein exklusives Mittagessen und ein insgesamt persönlicheres Erlebnis.

The experience was positive overall, not exceptional. The snorkeling wasn't that good. To see the stuff they bring you to, you should be a diver. The crew and time aboard the catamaran was great. Very friendly staff. The beach club was okay, the food was good. I wouldn't recommend the golf cart as you only go to one spot and don't see much along the route. The beaches are packed. Unrelated with the crew...be aware the taxi drivers at the last stop are pushy, if you don't use their service they tell you to go back to beach as if you insulted them by saying no thank you

While the catamaran tour itself was absolutely fantastic, the whole experience was soured at the beginning of the trip. We were a group of 8 women staying in tulum. We paid to have someone pick us up from tulum as the tour is actually in cancun. They refused to pick us up from our Airbnb stating something about restrictions on taxis coming into Tulum so we were given a meeting point at 5:40am - 5:45am. We hired a secondary taxi to take us to the meeting point because it was quite early to walk and were being cautious about safety. We arrived across the street at 5:45 but had to stop at a red light but could see there was no one there. We tried to call all the numbers that we were given to reach someone but there was no answer. The email confirmation we were given said they could wait no longer than 5 minutes, but we were there in an appropriate window with no transportation. Thankfully the taxi we hired was able to bring us to the listed meeting point on the tour description only to find out 10 minutes before the tour was about to leave that it wasn’t the right location. On the journey to the meeting point, we finally came into contact with a representative from the tour to be told they would look into why the driver wasn’t there and never received communication back. We had to hurry and try to get to the actual meeting point again on our own dime. There was no signage to suggest where this meeting point was as there were multiple tour check ins. We missed the original sailing but we’re finally able to get onto the next sailing hours later. The representative more or less called us liars about not being on time for pickup, were rude and told us that we’d have to find our own way back to Tulum from Cancun. After 3 or 4 girls from our group reached out individually to the tour representative they finally secured us a ride home. We’ve requested a refund for the services not rendered (pickup) or even a reimbursement for the extra money we paid to get to cancun but VIATOR refuses. The team on board blew us away however, we highly recommend booking directly with that catamaran tour with AQUA TOURS/DOLPHIN DISCOVERY

Viator Nightmare Tour Operator

Viator tours did not follow through for my wife's birthday vacation. We booked the All Inclusive Catamaran Tour to Isla Mujeres from Cancun to Riviera Maya prior to travelling to Cancun on July 15, 2023. The day of the tour we showed up at the scheduled pick up time (8:30 am) in the Dreams Jade hotel lobby. After waiting for 45 mins and trying to reach the tour guide, I finally spoke with Antonio. He informed me that I was wrong on the pickup time even though I had documentation stating the pickup time was 8:30 am. He made it out to be our fault and told me the bus had arrived earlier then the scheduled pickup time which I don’t believe was the case. This was not acceptable as my wife and I were at the meeting point waiting for 45 mins. Antonio was adamant that we would not get a refund and told us for an extra fee we could go the following day. We agreed to this and he sent me a text from the number he used to contact me +52 998 149 8180 asking for my email address so he could confirm the tour the following day. We showed up as we were told and there was no bus or person waiting to welcome us on the tour. I tried to contact Antonio but he was not available so I spoke with Celeste who informed me she was management and didn’t not have any record of us being on the tour that day. Overall, this has been a nightmare of an experience and I highly recommend not to book with Viator Tours. Instead book through the hotel directly, hoping you have a better experience than my wife and I. TF & JF (Canada)
