Das war so eine Enttäuschung. Wir waren zu acht (Mama, Papa, erwachsene Kinder, erwachsene Freundinnen und ein Teenager). Wir wurden zu spät abgeholt, ca. 30 Minuten. So spät, dass ich im Hauptbüro anrief, um zu sehen, ob ich die falsche Zeit hatte. Schließlich in einem privaten Van abgeholt. Sehr schönes Fahrzeug und hatte eine großartige Klimaanlage, was einen ihrer Sterne ausmacht. Erste Station war diese „Tequila Factory“. Was für ein Witz. Es geht darum, mit großen Postern durch den Hinterhof von jemandem zu gehen, der Teile des Prozesses zeigt, um seinen „Tequila“ herzustellen. Dann gehen Sie in dieses Haus für die Verkostung. Es schmeckte so süß und so glatt. Sie hatten so viele Geschmacksrichtungen und ich wurde getäuscht - erst nachdem ich zwei Flaschen zu je 50 Dollar gekauft habe, bekomme ich sie nach Hause und sehe das Etikett deutlich. Es steht nicht TEQUILA, weil es nicht so ist. Es hat nur 14 % Alkohol. Es ist nur ein aromatisierter Likör. Jetzt macht es Sinn, warum sie, als ich mich für den „Tequila“ aus Kokosnuss und Mango entschieden hatte, die Flaschen schnappten und sie zu einem anderen Tisch brachten, um sie schnell in Karton zu packen und alles mit Klebeband zu verkleben, sodass das Etikett nicht sichtbar war. Wir wurden um die Seite des Gebäudes herumgeführt, wo uns die nette alte Dame ein paar Pork Street Tacos zubereitete. Danach war ich drei Tage krank. Wir fuhren zu einem Souvenirladen am Mercado 28, der ALLES hatte, aber wer will schon im ersten Laden einkaufen, in den man geht. Ich erwartete kleine Märkte, Feilschen mit der Dame, die ihre Waren verkaufte, viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten und Optionen. Nö. Ich wusste nicht, dass das der EINZIGE Laden sein würde. Ich musste ein paar Souvenirs am Flipping Airport kaufen! Wir fuhren zu einem Strand, an dem das berühmte CANCUN-Schild steht. Uns wurde gesagt, wenn wir aussteigen und uns für ein Foto anstellen wollen, können wir das, aber die Schlange war zu lang, sodass sie ein paar Mal herumfahren mussten, um einen Parkplatz zu finden, oder wir könnten einfach zurück zum Hotel gehen. Wir sind früh ins Resort zurückgekehrt. Der Fahrer sprach nie mit uns und der „Führer“ war kein großer Sightseeing-Führer. Ich wollte, dass er uns erklärt, redet, uns etwas darüber erzählt, was wir auf der Straße passieren. Als sie uns zum ersten Mal abholten, sagte er: „Lassen Sie mich wissen, wenn Sie Fragen haben“. Ich wusste nicht, dass das bedeutete, weil er DIE GESAMTE FAHRT SCHWEIGEN würde! Er schien nett genug zu sein. Als ich an eine Frage dachte, die ich stellen sollte, beantwortete er sie - was den zweiten Stern ausmacht?. Wie gesagt, wir waren eine achtköpfige Familie und zahlten insgesamt 720 Dollar. SOOOOO NICHT wert. Finden Sie eine andere Tour. Dieser ist nicht gut.

Hello! There was an issue in the traffic that got the transportation delayed. We called you to share the stituation before the time of pick up. The tequila was indeed tequila that got natural flavoured, it was mentioned during the explanation of the process. Thank you for your opinion about the food, we will work to improve it to it's best The store that was visited had the best prices and a great variety, the rest of the stores does not have the same qualitiy. This was a great experience and I based our high review in bases of whats to be expected, cost and most of all the great service! We were sent reminder by email night before to meet at our lobby and pick up was great on time great vehicle and lucky enough we were the only ones on tour. Being family of 4, 2 boys with us ages 4 and 9. I believe we had Victor as our guide. He was incredible. Very young but knowledgeable and great attitude, enjoyed our conversations with him. The driver was fantastic too. We loved visiting El Meco all to ourselves. Great opportunity to see ruins close to where we were without taking kids for 2 hour drive first. They were fantastic and he answered all our questions and gave us history accurately too as I read up on stuff before going. We went through town and he explained the daily lives to average folk and show us markets etc. Playa de Carmen was a nice area to walk around and get some souvenirs as well as some pictures. Pretty area. All and all it was a good tour a great option to get out of resorts for some time and would highly recommend the company for great service and staff.

This was a great tour. We started with a trip to the El Embarcadero where we took pictures at the CANCUN letters. We then visited the El Meco Ruins. We then visited a silver manufacturer and retailer where wife got a great deal, or so she says. We traveled to Puerto Morelos where we took pictures and walked along the beach. I wish we could have stayed here longer. We then rode to Playa del Carmen and spent two hours shopping and dining. Admittedly, the shopping here was better than any other place we visited. We then returned for a through the Hotel Zone and a tequila tasting tour. From there, we were returned to our hotel.

Based on the description, we thought this tour was going to show us a little of Cancun city, share information with us about the culture, etc. tour description ... You'll get an overview of the city parks, schools, markets, shopping malls, bus station, city hall, hotels, and hospitals that comprise daily life.. Our guide gave us none of that. You literally spend 20 minutes or less at El Meco Ruins and in Puerto Morelos. Our tour guide was very inexperienced. We were a group of 7 that included a very obnoxious women from Detroit. We literally didn't get part of the tour because this women told the guide that she didn't want to do it. Never saw the Tequila Museum as promised as well as had reduced times at each stop because she was done. The entire van ride 6 hours, we had to endure listening to the guide have a one on one conversation with this women, and learned nothing. Terrible.

Antonio our guide certainly knew his stuff and was passionate about the areas and history. This was a private tour of just my husband and I. We particularly enjoyed our stop at Playa Del Carmen for the vast amounts of shopping, This shopping area have a Old Navy and a few other stores we have in the states and we loved the clean beach. We chose not to vist El Meco Ruins since it started raining we chose to add more shopping and dining time at Playa Del Carmen which also was a good alternative for anyone who has no time for a full day trip elsewhere. This was an excellent tour. Our guide Antonio certainly knew his stuff and was clearly passionate about the local area and history. It was a nice small group as well and I particularly enjoyed our stop at Playa Del Carmen for the shopping and beach. I purchased this trip versus the others based on the duration of visits to several stops. I travel with my toddler and wanted the option to rest in between. Mexico in the summer is extremely hot water and snacks were provided to us which really helped. The tour guide was knowledgeable and the driver was really friendly and nice. I felt save and comfortable and enjoyed the time spent with them. I appreciated their patience and attentiveness the most, I would do their tour again. The length of time we have on 5th Avenue at the end was ample and I was able to get some shopping done. Great value for the money spent on this tour.

This was a great tour. Very informative. It was a small group which wAs great. When we got Playa del Carmen you had about 2 hours to do whatever you want, shopping, eating or whatever . The snacks were a little strange with sandwiches at a convenience store . Antonio and MARIO were great. We even hired their private tour company to take us to several different tours that we needed to provide transportation to. They may have been the same price as a cab but a lot more comfortable.
