We have already verified every detailed of what you have mentioned.
- The van A/C is working correctly; however, due to
the heat we have been experienced in the past
days, it could take a little to properly cool a bigger
van. We will work with our drivers to try to cool the
van before our clients get on it.
- Now, about the beers, they are included in every
tour. In this case, my collaborators try to provide you
with the specific beer that you like (as they did). But
as you pointed out for us, this is not the correct way
to provide our service, and we will correct it
immediately.
