Die Cenoten waren an einem heißen und schwülen Tag sehr erfrischend! Der Bus war sehr komfortabel und sauber! Die Reiseleiterin war sehr kompetent!

Ich erinnere mich, dass ich in der High School etwas über Azteken, Mayas und Inkas gelernt habe. Auf dieser aufregenden und informativen Reise war es Eve wert, Penny und Dollar zu gehen. Es war großartig, dort zu stehen, wo sich die Maya-Zivilisation befand, und die Geschichte über sie zu erfahren. Victor war sehr sachkundig und er kennt seine Geschichte wirklich. Empfehlen Sie diese Tour jedem, der Mexiko besucht.

Gut, aber nicht das Beste

Es ist ein guter Tagesausflug, aber definitiv nicht genug Zeit, um Tulum zu sehen und Fotos zu machen. Die Abholung in den Hotels dauerte fast zwei Stunden und der Reiseleiter sprach nicht gut Englisch. Das Essen in der Cenote ist nicht inbegriffen.

Hatte eine tolle Erfahrung. Die Ruinen von Tulum und Dos Ojos sind ein Muss für jeden Besucher von Yucatán. Das Personal war sehr höflich und kompetent. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Toller Familienausflug

Unsere vierköpfige Familie (zwei Kinder im Alter von 9 und 12 Jahren) genoss unseren Ausflug nach Tulum und Cenote Dos Ojos, wo wir schnorchelten. Unser Führer Victor Manuel war freundlich und sehr gut informiert über die Geschichte der Ruinen. Unser Fahrer (ich glaube sein Name war Juan Carlos) holte uns wie angewiesen um 7 Uhr morgens ab und wir kehrten gegen 17 Uhr nach Cancun zurück. Wir empfehlen die Tour für eine schöne Mischung aus Geschichte und Schwimmen in einer Ceynote.

Was für eine tolle Zeit!

Ich hatte diese Woche eine tolle Zeit mit dieser Tour! Der Abholservice vom Hotel war schnell und wir hatten eine tolle Gruppe. Unser Reiseleiter war so gut informiert über buchstäblich alles! Ich habe etwas über die Ruinen gelernt, den besten Souvenirmarkt in Cancun, Geschichten über die Cenoten, neue Musikkünstler ... alles! Der Blick über die Klippe der Tulum-Ruinen war absolut atemberaubend. Aber das Beste war, die Cenote von Dos Ojos zu besuchen. Sorgfältig bei der Bestellung des Essens auf der Cenote - es dauerte so lange, bis unser Essen ankam, dass es in unsere Schwimmzeit aß. Am besten schnappst du dir etwas auf dem Weg nach draußen. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ich kann es nur empfehlen!

Ich gebe diese 4,5 Sterne. Der einzige Grund, warum ich ihm keine 5 Sterne gebe, ist, dass der Bus, der mich in meinem Hotel abholt, 15 bis 20 Minuten zu spät ist. Ansonsten eine so tolle Reise und mit der Anzahl der Mitbesucher (15+), die es ziemlich intim gemacht haben!

Vick war großartig. Er führte uns herum und gab viel Geschichte auf der Tour. Cenote war wirklich nett. Ich würde Vick und die Firma, für die er arbeitet, auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Der Guide holte uns pünktlich von unserem Hotel ab. Sie versorgten uns mit dringend benötigtem Wasser. Die erste Hälfte der Tour war mit dem Führer und wir bekamen einige archäologische Informationen über die Stätte. Danach hatten wir einige persönliche Zeit, um Fotos zu machen und uns in unserem eigenen Tempo auf der Website umzusehen. Wir haben so ziemlich Freizeit an den natürlichen Senklöchern.

Der Eingang zur archäologischen Stätte beträgt 75 Pesos, wenn ich mich nicht irre, und er liegt ziemlich nahe an der Innenstadt. Ich hätte problemlos mit dem Fahrrad zur Stätte fahren können. Daher sollten Sie rechnen und prüfen, ob es sich lohnt, diesen Preis zu zahlen. Meiner Meinung nach war es sehr teuer. Wenn Sie die Website wirklich mit etwas mehr Ruhe sehen möchten, sollten Sie pünktlich um 8:00 Uhr ankommen, denn wenn Sie später ankommen, wie es unsere Tour getan hat, wird sie voll sein. Unser Reiseleiter war in Ordnung, leider musste er aufgrund der Anzahl der Leute auf der Website sehr schnell sprechen und das machte sein Englisch schwer verständlich. Ich sollte sagen, dass seine Sprachkenntnisse und Kenntnisse nicht das Problem waren, aber die Geschwindigkeit, die er sprechen musste, um weiterzumachen, war das Problem. Dies könnte behoben werden, indem Sie um 8 Uhr auf die Website gelangen. Über die Cenote lohnt es sich auch nicht. Sie bleiben 40 Minuten oder weniger dort und es lohnt sich nicht, für diese Zeit nass zu werden. Auch nicht viel zu tun, es sei denn, Sie gehen tauchen, das sah lustig aus. Ich bin mir auch ziemlich sicher, dass ein Taxi, eine Hin- und Rückfahrt und der Eingang viel günstiger wären als die Tour. Abschließend können Sie sich dafür entscheiden, wenn Sie Geld zum Wegwerfen haben. Ich empfehle Ihnen, selbst zu recherchieren, wie Sie zu diesen Orten gelangen können. Tulum ist klein und sicher.

I called to make the reservation and was told we would be picked up at our hotel. This is why I called and spoke to a human. I wanted to make sure everything was set for our family adventure. Confirmed with the rep our pick up location at our hotel for the next day. Next day I. The morning we are ready to be picked up in our hotels lobby, and nobody showed up. After waiting I called customer service o my to find out that they do not picked up at our hotel and that we were supposed to meet at a pick up spot. The rep asked if I had received the email with instructions. I let her know I had not and that it was confirmed via phone when I made the reservation that we would be picked up. I was also charged an extra fee for each family member to be picked up. Very disappointed, we lost a day of going out to explore because of this company. I was told I would be refunded in 3-5 days. I hope I do get my refund.

Hot and miss

The tour provider sent multiple emails informing us of a 7:30am pick up and the importance of being on time. We were 20 minutes early. Only to be left waiting for over an hour and a half, before we received a message that the tour Puck up time had been changed to 9:40am. By the time we got to Tulum it was absolutely boiling out. By the time we got into the ruins and were given free time. We were exhausted from the heat and couldn't explore things without over heating. On a different note the cenotes were wonderful.

Good tour but information provided should be more detailed and organized

Overall, a good tour. But the information provided by Viator and the tour guide can be more detailed. The meeting time was confusing since I got 8:30 time the day before our tour; however, in the previous email I got 6:30. I have to double check with Viator and the response is slow.

WARNING!!! POOR COMMUNICATION!! Tour operator sent a message to me after the 24 hour cancellation period had passed that we were to be picked up 1 hour & 40 minutes from our hotel in Playa Del Carmen instead of picking us up at our hotel in Playa Del Carmen as advertised. When refund/cancellation was requested- tour provider refused to provide/facilitate. Told me I would have to contact Viator. Viator website did not allow me to cancel trip for a full refund as the 24 hour cancellation period had passed. Hassle to dispute credit card charge when they could have: a). Responded to my numerous requests for confirmation of pickup place and time in Playa Del Carmen BEFORE the 24 hour cancellation period had passed. Or b). Not sent a message that the pickup place was at Aquaworld in Cancun (which is 1 hour & 40 minutes from our hotel in Playa Del Carmen) that resulted in our group requesting cancellation with full refund (tour provider did offer to pick our group up in Playa Del Carmen as advertised AFTER I requested cancellation with full refund and notified tour provider that we had made OTHER last minute plans - with a tour provider who would honor the advertisement of pickup at hotel in Playa Del Carmen Or c) Offered to facilitate the full refund instead of passing me off to a 3rd party who did not offer the option of canceling with full refund as the 24 hour cancellation period had passed.

The tour was very enjoyable , Edwin did a great job as a guide. The only problem was with the office, before the tour, which tried to charge us extra for a hotel pick up that was included. Double check you have confirmation for hotel pick up from the supplier as they might try to evade that.

The ruins were fascinating. Beautiful view of ocean. The guide, Edwin, was knowledgeable and funny. Cenotes were gorgeous.

This was the one and only tour that lived up to its claims. Actually, everything was better then expected. Our Tour Guide, Edwin and Driver, Roger picked us up on time in a professional, as well as friendly manner. As the tour continued, it just got better and better. Edwin was very informative about the Mayan culture and answered all my questions. He provided us with a safe and yet very relaxing day. Fully enjoyed the cenotes. Roger’s driving was excellent amid unbelievable traffic. They truly are a good team Edwin and Roger and we are glad to have been in their tour. Elsie, Sharon and Janet

I paid, tried to communicate my pick up location, neither Viator nor Sat Mexico tours returned my WhatsApp text or phone calls, I scrambled to be both at my hotel lobby (the pick up point I was trying to confirm with them) and at a “designated pick up point” within the ten minute pick up window (as best I could figure it, since I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to confirm the time) and never found the tour provider (even though I approached every unmarked white van in the parking lot and was constantly caring and texting Viator and Sat Mexico for 45 minutes). Now it’s almost two days later and I still can’t get my refund after exchanging almost half a dozen emails with Viator.
