Hey Leanne, we're sorry you were unable to join us for when you originally scheduled. Our cancellation policy states that we require at least 24 hours notice before the tour to receive any kind of refund. This is because we pay our restaurants in advance, so missing guests still cost us the same as present ones.
Despite our policy, we understand mistakes happen which is why we offered a 50% discount for your new booking. This is to help cover part of the costs of the originally booked tour that was not attended. We apologize for the misunderstanding about the cost; it would have been $85 (not $300) to rebook in this instance.
