    Tolle Schiffstour! Wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Stadt! Viel Platz zum Bewegen… Personal und Kapitän, wir waren sehr herzlich und lustig! Ich kann diese Tour nur wärmstens empfehlen! ! !

    Die Unterstützung beim Hissen der Segel war großartig. Hatte eine echte prähistorische Atmosphäre mit moderner Sicherheit. Sehr empfehlenswerte Tour!

    Wir waren am Freitagmorgen um 11:00 Uhr unterwegs. Es war eine perfekte Zeit, weil Navy Pier nicht zu beschäftigt war. Alle Angestellten waren wunderbar. Wir haben einiges gelernt, während wir die Skyline und die frische Luft genossen haben. Mein Mann und ich waren mit unserem 13-jährigen Enkel. Wir alle geben ihm unsere Daumen hoch und empfehlen es für alle Altersgruppen.

    I like to think of our Educational charter as the hidden gem on the Navy Pier! Not too crowded, just enough interesting information about sailing, pirates and tying knots to keep it fun. We are glad you enjoyed your time with us and hope to see you again!

    Wir sind nicht mitgefahren. Es regnete in Strömen und die Frau, mit der ich sprach, sagte, es gäbe keine Deckung, und wir machten uns Sorgen, weil wir unmittelbar nach der Tour drei Stunden lang mit dem Auto nach Hause fahren würden. Also das würde bei uns nicht funktionieren. Wir haben 156 US-Dollar für vier Tickets bezahlt, und ich sehe mir die Preise an. Wir haben aus irgendeinem Grund einen höheren Preis bezahlt, weil wir einen Seniorenpreis hätten haben sollen. Wir haben um eine Rückerstattung gebeten und uns wurde nein gesagt. Meine Bewertung bezog sich also nicht auf die Tour, sondern auf den Kundenservice.

    Kimberly Pillischafske, We regret you chose not to attend our excursion, we do sail rain or shine. I went through emails; you and I communicated and I did tell you we offered covering in the event of rain, and that we also have an interior Pub. We never discussed a Senior Rate, as we do not offer one. We trust this is simply an error on your part about the circumstances and hope you'll try us another time this season.

    It was SO much fun! The day was beautiful and the staff was exceptional. My two boys had a blast and we were able to raise a sail - and boy was it hard! 10/10 would do this again.

    Unfortunately we were unable to take the tour ride on the Windy schooner on Sunday July 23, 2023 due to an emergency, a death in the family. When I called that morning Mr. Michael Lopez generously allowed us a raincheck to schedule for a future date. We are very much looking forward to our touring experience on the Windy schooner, and very much appreciate the consideration Mr. Lopez offered to us.

    Watching the sails go up and the motor turned off so the quiet was nice. Also snacks on board and a friendly staff. View was city skyline was very awesome.

    We had a wonderful time on the schooner. My boys helped hoist the sails. The weather was perfect for a trip on Lake Michigan. One of my sons wished it was a longer excursion. Hoping to do it again with grandkids next year

    My grandkids enjoyed the cruise. It was really smooth. The only comment was that during the educational part, the talking crew member handed (cheap) plastic gold coin thing to some kids and not to all kids. The ones who didn't get one felt rejected. These are maybe worth 5 cents each. Should give all kids one.

    Staff was friendly and had lots of information. Was not aware that it would be so hot on the water and limited shade seating. Did take some time to get tickets staff at the box office did not know how to process my tickets that I purchases online from the site. Was not a bad visit just not what we were looking for thought it would be more sailing on the water and less talking about the skyline with kids.

    Overall for the price it was a good experience! However we were near the front of the line to board and by the time the last guests were on the boat there was no seating to be found and they were a group of disabled people that would have had a VERY difficult time standing the entire time so many guests gave up their seats to accommodate them. So, they either sold too many tickets for the trip or are not letting passengers know that it may be STANDING ROOM ONLY. Either way, they should say there is a possibility of STANDING ROOM ONLY or board elderly, disabled folks first.

    The guide was only mediocre. There was never a feeling of being under sail because they were only tacking back and forth in a small space for a large boat, and every time they did the engine would turn on. The sails were never fully utilized. And there was some pressure applied to solicit tips and buy pictures.
