A tour well worth the price!

The guides personality and delivery of the city history and the apparitions made us feel like we were right there when it happened. We also liked the variations of being indoors and out doors. Would recommend this tour as a must when in Colorado Springs.

Ty was so amazing! A great tour with just the perfect amount of theatrics! This tour definitely feels both spooky and accessible and when I went home there were some shadows that freaked me out. 😂 we brought our 9 month baby and she was a doll it was a perfect thing to bring her on and I felt it was very family friendly. Ty was extremely knowledgeable and brought the facts, not just legends. Citing sources. I love that in a tour! Highly recommend.

Our tour guide was great! He put on a good show and had lots of interesting facts on the history of Colorado Springs and was a fantastic storyteller when it came to the ghost stories!

This was more fun than I expected! Also covered a lot of history of Colorado Springs I never knew. The stories and experiences that were shared for sure make me believe the ghosts and hauntings are true!!!

Ghosted on Ghost Tour

The ghost was our tour guide who never showed up. We waited 20 mins along with another couple. Ended up leaving.

This was an issue with a new tour guide. Everyone was or is fully refunded and all were offered comp tours as well. Unfortunately, sometimes miscommunication happens, but if a tour is missed due to that we always refund and offer comp.
Overcome and Adapt Ghost Tour!

He was very knowledgeable of the buildings and area. He had to overcome and adapt because an entire city block was closed because of an electrical fire earlier in the day. He made it work and turned out to be a great tour. He showed videos on his phone which was great. Maybe have a larger screen (I-Pad) to easily watch. Overall great 90 minutes.

Jon was a fun host , had great paranormal stories of others and even his own . My kids, husband and I enjoyed ourself following him around Colorado springs hearing about what he had to say even had some pictures to prove what he was telling us.

This was a great ghost tour! Not only was it entertaining but it was also very informative…we learned great historical info. A plus of the tour were the actual videos & pictures John was able to share of true sightings/haunting in the area. If you have spare time in the evening, you should check this out.

John is the man! He did an amazing job not only making it a spooky experience with interesting ghost stories, but we learned a lot about the history of the area, and got to walk around and visit the beautiful town. Johns energy made the whole experience not only interesting and spooky but also very comforting! My girlfriend and I had a good time and we definitely recommend this tour if you’re visiting the area.

John was an entertaining and knowledgeable guide. We enjoyed his tour. He was very enthusiastic! He kept us walking and found cover for us to stand under to avoid being rained on. He answered questions thoroughly and left us wanting to learn more Colorado Springs ghost history. It was a fun tour!

There was some interesting history. But not scary at all. The costumes worn by the guides seemed silly and off putting. The teenagers I brought for the tour got bored.
