Verbrachte einen sehr entspannten Tag am Strand. Ich hasste es zu sehen, wie es zu Ende ging. Essen und Trinken war reichlich und lecker. Der Strand war sauber und das Schwimmen war sicher. Vom Pier sind es etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Taxi. Jeder, den wir nach dem Weg fragten, schien Gabriel (unseren Fahrer) zu kennen. Auf dem Rückweg. Das Taxi holte Sie direkt in der Nähe des Strandes ab und setzte uns im Einkaufsviertel am Pier ab. Ich würde diesen Ausflug jedem in meiner Familie empfehlen.

Kein Transport oder Vorbereitung für unsere Ankunft

Wir liefen über eine Stunde lang um den Außenhafen von Costa Maya herum und suchten nach unserem Fahrer mit unserem Schild mit unseren Namen auf einem Schild. Ich bin buchstäblich die ganze Meile + von Taxis gelaufen und habe Gabriel gebeten, uns nach Nohoch Kay zu bringen. Schließlich gingen wir zum dritten Mal zurück und schnappten uns einen freundlichen Taxifahrer, der uns 8 Dollar kostete. 00 zu Nohoch Kay. Wir sollten Gabriel um 7:30 Uhr treffen, da es ein kurzer Tag an der Costa Maya war. Als wir in Nohoch Kay ankamen, war es geschlossen. Niemand in Sicht, Gott sei Dank, unser Taxifahrer half uns, ihren Manager am Strand zu finden. Sie wurde nie informiert, um uns zu erwarten. Sie rief unseren Reiseleiter mit der angegebenen Nummer an (vorausgesetzt, wir haben keinen Mobiltelefonservice in Mexiko ohne eine RIESIGE Gebühr, und wir dachten erneut, wir würden Gabriel um 7:30 Uhr außerhalb von Port treffen). Sie hat endlich einen Laden für uns eröffnet, aber alles hat sich etwas verzögert, da sie uns nicht erwartet haben. Es war nicht ihre Schuld und sie taten, was sie konnten. Das Wetter verhinderte, dass wir schnorcheln oder Kajak fahren konnten, weil es so gefährlich windig war. Wir mussten schließlich gegen 11:00 Uhr abreisen, da es an Annehmlichkeiten mangelte, die uns in unserem All-Inclusive-Paket versprochen wurden. Wir wollten diesen Ausflug wirklich lieben, da es unsere letzte Station auf unserer Reise war. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Wenn die Kommunikation für diese Reise gut vorbereitet war, hat es sich vielleicht gelohnt, aber da wir auch die teuerste Buchung auf der Reise waren, waren wir sehr unzufrieden.

Please note, we tried to reach with you several times to the phone provided and via inbox. We are so sorry you could not enjoy the tour, however as a tour, times are important. Unfortunately, you reached the meeting point before the time specified at the tour cofirmation. This is the reason why there was no one there and even the place was not ready to welcome you as we should. Our guide, was there from 8:30 AM to almost 10 AM and we were not able to find you either. We will consider your feedback for future services to avoid inconveniences and again we are truly sorry that you could not enjoy your day with us.

Our family was on the carnival celebration cruise and did this excursion for the last day of our trip. Absolutely such a great decision to relax on our final day. The staff at the beach was SOOOOO attentive, humble, kind. I’ve NEVER had service like this on any vacation that I’ve been to. Mexico is always a great idea but this beach day excursion is a must in Costa Maya.

This was a fantastic experience! We met our driver outside port area. Had a fantastic meal and enjoyed unlimited drinks at the beach area reserved for us. Lounge chairs, tables, and shade on a beautiful beach. The people are so friendly!

We thought the snorkeling would be better The tequila made the day acceptable. Too many vendors on the beach selling there goods. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

Food was excellent, service was good, transportation was very good to/from the resort, beach was not great and lounge chairs were old and saggy. Overall, not worth the all inclusive price Viator charges.

We had a great time. Great service. Water was shallow enough for our kids ages 3-7. Great beach massages. Even the people selling things on the beach made for an unforgettable excursion off the ship.
