3 Inseln im Winter

Es sind wirklich drei Inselstationen. Eine der Inseln ist ein Doppel. Es war wie eine private Bootstour mit einem mürrischen Kapitän. Ich dachte, es würde. E eine Tour, ein Führer zur Vogelbeobachtung und Ökologie des Rio Formosa, aber im Grunde war es ein Taxi zu den Inseln. Die Inseln waren interessant, wir haben besonders die Insel Deserta genossen. Wenn ich es noch einmal machen würde, würde ich das Wassertaxi für 3 nehmen. 50 Hin- und Rückfahrt und lassen Sie die anderen beiden zumindest im Winter aus.

Obwohl das Wetter nicht das beste war, hatten wir eine schöne Reise unter der Obhut von Mr. Pudim, der die großen Wellen mit den besten Fähigkeiten vermied. Sehr empfehlenswert! !

Sehr freundliches Personal, auch mit gutem Sinn für Humor. Ich empfehle dringend, zum Strand (ein ziemlich langer Spaziergang) auf der Insel zu gehen, wo es eine Mittagspause gibt. Wellen sind es absolut wert 🙂.

Die Orte, die wir besucht haben, waren schön, aber die Bootsfahrt war nicht! Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie etwas Schatten auf dem Boot ""vorbestellen"", sonst viel Sonnenbrand! Es gibt nicht genug Schatten für alle an Bord und als wir das Boot erreichten, war ich überrascht herauszufinden, dass ich nicht im Schatten sitzen durfte, weil 2 Paare es bereits vor mir angefordert hatten. Aber die Eignerin machte sich nicht einmal die Mühe, mich zu fragen, als sie mir mein Ticket gab, und ich war die ERSTE, die am Boot ankam. Ich musste mich die ganze Zeit mit meinem Handtuch bedecken und es war SEHR UNKOMFORTABEL. Selbst nach dem Auftragen von Sonnencreme habe ich mir immer noch die Haut verbrannt, weil man auf einem Boot wegen des Windes und der ständigen Sonne leicht brennt! Dies hat die Reise für mich ruiniert. Sie sollten mehr Schatten auf dem Boot machen, es gibt viele Menschen mit empfindlicher Haut! Aber der Manager war unhöflich zu mir und es ist inakzeptabel, dass sie meine Bedürfnisse nie berücksichtigt hat. Ich wurde vernachlässigt, weil ich ein Alleinreisender bin, sie kümmerte sich nur um die Paare !!

Probably not the right period in October, the visit was really poor (almost nothing to see) we stayed on the RIO, didn't go in the see. Desert Island is really desert, the 2 other island are not really insteresting. The guide was not enthousiast at all and didn't give the dynamic to the group . Explanation were minimum, Joke were not funny... We did a second cruise from Vilamoura , same price, nice crew, beverage and food on board, dolphin and nice sight seeing ... diference was incredible.

This was a great way to see the national park. Would have stayed longer on the lighthouse island versus the last island where we ate lunch. Tour guide spoke 5 languages and was great.

Enjoyed wandering a desert island for a while before heading to the next stop to enjoy sangria by the beach. Claudio explained oyster farming to us as we passed the 3rd stop. Of course we had to have oysters on the half shell when we got to the last stop. Claudio recommended cafe janoca and the cataplan del marisco. Which was delicious.

Lovely Island Exploration in Faro

We visited several islands, each with its own personality, and had plenty of time to explore the environment. Some were just wild, others had many shops or restaurants. The company was very organized with all the details and have staff that speak several languages. Our boat's guide, Claudio, was very friendly, helpful, and shared a lot of information with us about the area. The boat ride and the stops were all lovely and peaceful.

5/5 Excellent comprehensive tour of the Benagil caves and surrounding area. Sebastian was a great guide, he is passionate about the Algarve. I felt very safe in the water with him despite the strong waves and he obliged to take many photos in the Cave and viewing points, which helps a solo traveller. Highly reliable communication from Sebastian regarding any queries even a week before!

Alex, our guide was great! Extremely knowledgeable with the islands. We were disappointed that it is promoted as a nature tour and we never saw any nature except a seagull. Nice for a boat ride though.

Great island hopping day activity

Great tour - we saw 3 unique islands with a short stop and a bit of history of each, learned about oysters farming in Portugal. Our skipper Claudio made the whole experience comfortable, very fun and insightful. The lunch on the last island was very good also.

We had a really good time on this tour. The scenery was beautiful. I recommend to have lunch at a restaurant on one of the islands. The food was fresh and tasty, and prices were good. Just tell your boat captain you want to have lunch and he will reserve a table for you. Our guides/captans were Alex and Claudio. They were knowledgeable about the area and provided good commentary. Overall, this was a great tour.

A must take tour, Lovis our skipper was very informative and funny, he guided us throughout the tour. Boat was very nice and clean, small group of people approx 10 were allowed on each boat. Boat left on time tour was excellent.

Visit the Islands, good value for money

The tour is great to visit the places along Ria Formosa. We had great time in Desert Island and Farol Island as the beaches were very nice and beautiful. We only spent Culatra Island around town as the beach is a bit far away from the port and we didn't have enough time to visit it. The only downside is that each visit in the afternoon tour was 45 minutes and it was a too short for some places to enjoy them properly. The tour is good value for money and it is good to visit those places. Recommended
