Elmer war einfach fantastisch. äußerst sachkundiger und leidenschaftlicher Führer. Er holte uns um 5:30 Uhr ab und konnte uns Teile von Tikal zeigen, bevor andere Touristen dort waren. Kann es nicht weiter empfehlen.

Professional tour to an exceptional place

The tour could not have been better. Tikal itself is an amazing site and worth the visit - doing it privately meant we could fully enjoy our time there. Our guide (Elmer) was fantastic and would adjust the tour as we wanted (eg. returning to the main plaza when the sun came out). He was full of interesting information about the Mayan civilisation and any other area we had questions on. Driver was also extremely friendly and drove safely. Lunch was provided after the visit and I was delicious with plenty of options. Recommended

We had such an incredible time, the whole trip was better than we could have asked for. Elmer was so knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. We learned so much and felt like the entire trip was enjoyable. The tour included convenient pick up, a very comfortable ride, a wonderful tour guide, and an unforgettable experience! Very worth it!

My friend and I arrived at the very first flight to Flora, and our guide Loyd and Sergio picked us up. Both of them were professional, welcoming and helpful! :D Personally I am very interested in how local people see the place and understand their culture. Loyd and Sergio kindly shared their knowledge around the area, so we were able to know the history and geology about the place before we enter Tikal National Park. I asked so many questions, glad that they always have an answer. The experience went really well, the Maya towers were incredible, and the steamed local fish taste included in the trip is pretty tasty! Overall it is definitely a satisfying trip that I would recommend to anyone who were interested in the Maya culture.

Elmer is the BEST guide - super knowledgeable and experienced. He anticipated every question and knew exactly where to go. Picked me up in a brand new van and even offered to wait for me while I poked around Flores after the tour. The wildlife spotting in the jungle was an unexpected extra and the authentic local food we had was amazing. Five stars!!

Elmer has extensive knowledge regarding the history of the Ancient Mayan Civilization. He plans the tour of Tikal perfectly and teaches at every stop. This was a life changing experience.

This was the best tour I've ever taken! Elmer is a FANTASTIC guide; seriously, he's the best. He was on time to pick me up at my hostel and I learned so much from him about Tikal! Elmer was prepared with waters, powerade, and even a wet washcloth to wash my face off after the tour (it was heavenly; Tikal is hot and humid!). After the tour Elmer took me to a local place for lunch and the food was amazing. Please don't hesitate one minute and book this private tour with Elmer!
