    Tolles Erlebnis, faszinierend Delphine fast hautnah zu sehen. Hatten 2.4.23 das Erlebnis, wir beide 75 Jahre, nicht gesund danken, dass wir das erleben durften Happy und Eve

    Ich war sehr seekrank und die Crew und die Passagiere haben sich die ganze Zeit sehr lieb um mich gekümmert und versucht, dass es mir besser geht.

    Rundum tolle Erfahrung, von der Abholung im Hotel, über die Fahrt, die Delfine, die wir tatsächlich gesehen haben und natürlich unser Guide, Frank. Es war für die Kinder und uns ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, wir haben sogar einer Schildkröte, die ein Netz um den Hals hatte und daran ein großes Holzstück, das Leben gerettet.. wir würden es wieder buchen.

    Unfortunately didn't find any dolphins on our trip. As disappointing as it was expecially for the kids these things happen looking for wild animals. Still all had a great trip. Staff are great very friendly and helpful. Food was very nice. All drinks included also. Activities when we stopped where great snorkeling and kayaking where great. Definitely recommend

    Unfortunately, this was not the experience we expected. When we booked online, we received an email confirmation that our booking had been accepted on the 7th April 2022. We then received a WhatsApp message stating that there were no spaces available. We were offered a trip on the 8th, which was not convenient. We then were asked to go on the 6th April @ 2.30PM. When we boarded the boat, the crew were keen to explain how the fridge and toilet worked but there was no mention of life jackets or where they were located. The crossing to Lobos was choppy (to say the least), we were then encouraged to jump in to the sea to snorkel with no guidance , I consider myself to be a strong swimmer , however I struggled with the cold sea temperature and extremely strong currents. (There were young children on board). After being served luke warm paella , we set off in search of dolphins. It was windy and quite cold and as we there was no space to change properly after snorkelling, we were freezing cold for the remainder of the trip. The sea can only be described as rough, we were being thrown about and as a result more than one person was extremely sea sick. The crew then proceeded to search the open sea for dolphins for about 4 hours without success. Whilst the crew appeared optimistic about finding dolphins, that enthusiasm quickly seemed to disappear and they spent much of the search speaking between themselves in Spanish. Needless to say we didn't see any dolphins. We understand there is no guarantee that you will see dolphins, however, it does appear that there is a much greater chance of success to see them in the mornings. When we booked online we were not asked to state a time of the trip. We therefore consider that the afternoon booking we were offered is an 'overflow' if they accommodate the original requests. We believe that the cruise company appeared to be more concerned about ensuring we were booked, rather than about anybody's safety and wellbeing. We were not given any advise about what to expect. Additionally, we were told that the trip would last about 3-4 hours, however, it lasted nearly 5 hours in total. Overall, we found the whole trip to be a great disappointment.

Regarding the paella, we always receive very good comments since we choose to have it prepared in the restaurant precisely to be able to guarantee quality and respect hygiene standards, although sometimes it is difficult to maintain the temperature.     Les capitaines de bord super sympa souriants. Nous avons eu la chance de voir des baleines et des dauphins près de nous dont l’un a sauté sous nos yeux devant le bateau. Un spectacle fabuleux pour petits comme pour les grands. Paella sur le bateau après le snorkeling, photo sous l’eau turquoise qui laisse un super souvenir. On a eu la chance d’avoir du soleil pour profiter à fond de ce moment de détente. Je recommande

    Un peu cher pour une famille de 5. J’avais choisi cette sortie pour voir les dauphins. Du coup quelle déception. Par contre le monsieur qui s’occupe des touristes est très gentil et professionnel.
    Mañana de navegación y baño frente a Lanzarote e isla de Lobos

    Echamos una estupenda mañana en familia navengando junto a la costa de isla de Lobos y de Lanzarote, aunque solo avistamos un roncual, el avistamiento de animales depende del día, porque no hay colonias fijas de cetáceos allí. Y después de navegar, paran frente a la playa de isla de Lobos y puedes bañarte allí y hacer snorkel. Para finalizar, allí mismo te ponen un platito de paella rica rica, y ya vuelta al puerto, unas 5 horas en total. El personal es muy amable y simpático.

    Een super dag gehad, heerlijk kleine groep van maar 8 personen en heel veel dolfijnen en walvissen gezien. Onder perfecte begeleiding, en een heerlijke maaltijd. Zekers een aanrader, om met deze goed georganiseerde mensen in zee te gaan.

    Ovviamente non mi aspettavo di assisterea ad una puntata di quark in quanto trovare delfini o tartarughe nell' oceano è come cercare un ago in un pagliaio... proprio per questo suggerireri di pensare ad una giornata un po' piu' avventurosa, di potersi tuffare in diversi punti caratteristici dell' isla de lobos, un giro di snorkling ma da un punto ad un altro dell' isola, con la giusta guida ed attrezzatura. In realta' tutto si è risolto in una lunga ricerca di delfini, che fortunatamente abbiamo visto ed è stato meraviglioso, e infine un tuffo della durata di un' ora scarsa in prossimita' della barca. La giornata è stata comunque piacevole, gentilissimo il personale, ottimo cibo e ottima pulizia.

    Exceptionnelle journée avec des dauphins partout autour de nous, des baleines, des poissons volants et même un poisson lune incroyable ! Suivie de baignade, canoé, paddle, puis déjeuner magnifique. Equipe super. Juste je n'ai pas le pied marin et ai été un peu malade, mais ça valait le coup !
