Regarding the airport pick up after further investigation and speaking to the driver on the day, I believe that you booked another service with another company and unfortunately you managed to see the other driver first which had your name on a name bored before you met our driver, this has been confirmed by the other company that another reservation was booked with them. Our driver on the day made contact with you as he was not able to locate you at the airport and at that point you mentioned that you were already in the vehicle and you were on your way to the hotel. Our understanding is that you did have to pay for the other service as that was stated on their reservation as payment on arrival.
