Sehr schöne Privattour Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel an einem Tag gesehen. Tour zum Teil selbst zu bestimmen wo man überall hin möchte. Sehr empfehlenswert. Danke noch mal. Es war sehr schön. Immer wieder.

Louis war ein sehr guter Guide und Fahrer. Wir haben den Tag mit seiner Führung sehr genossen.

Luis war unser Fahrer und Führer. Sein Auto war geräumig für uns zwei. Wir wollten alle wichtigen Orte rund um die Insel besuchen. Er brachte uns zu diesen Orten und erlaubte uns, so viel Zeit zu verbringen, wie wir wollten. Er war sehr flexibel und führte uns an Orte, die wir nicht einmal besuchen wollten, z. G. der Halt bei Christus – dem – Erlöser. Er stammt aus Madeira und konnte daher Orte zeigen, die über unsere Liste hinausgehen. Durch unser Gespräch mit ihm erfuhren wir viel über die Insel Madeira und das Leben der Einheimischen auf der Insel. Ich würde die Nutzung seiner Dienste wärmstens empfehlen, da er mit Besuchern zusammenarbeiten kann, um eine individuelle Reiseroute zu erstellen.

This day was one of the most memorable times we have ever spent. Luis was a knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful guide. He tailored the tour to our interests and we are still buzzing about the wonderful things we saw. Communication was excellent and everything on the day worked beautifully. Our guide was great, and provided great explanations of the sites. The one problem with the tour is there were four of us (five with the driver) packed into a small car, including three in the backseat. A larger car or a van should have been provided for the tour.

We had a wonderful, full day tour on Madeira Island. It got off to a slow start. Our tour guide (who was very nice and kind) picked us up after getting off the ship. Once we entered the car and after a few miles, the car had mechanical problems. He dropped us off at our first overlook point. We were taking pictures and enjoying the view……came back to the car and a replacement car and tour guide were there to continue our day. It was Luis himself, Who I had read many reviews about……He had made some changes to his day to step in and continue our tour. We were made to feel very welcome and important during this change of plans. It was handled with much efficiency. This tour was jam packed with sights, views, winding roads….which were very exciting. Luis is very knowledgeable about his home and the area. He was very informative and proud. We had many opportunities to get out of the car for pictures, he was very enthusiastic about taking our pictures with great backgrounds. We stopped at a little quaint town for cava….he knew where to take us away from the tourists crowds. He had some water and snacks for us. And several bathroom stops. I would recommend Luis and his company to spend the day with. He helped us to have beautiful memories. We feel very fortunate to have taken this tour! We arrived back at port with comfortable time to spare.

Our eight and a half hour day touring the island will be something that will remain in our memory of our first visit to Madeira. Blessed with sunshine, beyond that the success of the day was largely dependent upon the preparation and conduct of the tour by our courier Luís. He was hugely competent, professional, knowledgeable and very flexible. Tailoring the day to suit our particular interests, Luís adjusted the itinerary allowing us as much time as we wanted in each place we visited and incorporating a couple of places we wished to see in place of others. We saw the best of what the island had to offer in mostly idyllic conditions. For anyone who wants to get an excellent overview of the island, its history, infrastructure, geography, geology, flora and fauna, do not hesitate in booking this bespoke comprehensive tour. We thoroughly recommend it.
