I would definitely recommend this tour. We had a great time. Clayton tailored the tour to what the group wanted. We learned so much about the history while driving up the mountain. We got to take some good pictures.

I highly recommend this trip. Our tour guide was Philip. He was absolutely wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable , pleasant, funny and very accommodating. It was just my husband and myself on the tour so it was like having a private tour. Philip explained the history of the area took us to some of the most scenic spots for pictures and had some great, funny anecdotes. We really enjoyed entire trip. The only bad thing is there is so much to see that you can't possibly do it all in one day. If we get the chance we will be back to do this at least one more time. One of the best decisions we made on this trip.

Our tour guide “Kindelle” was excellent as she knew all the plant life, history of the area, and explained what happened as a result of the fire, how and where it happened, etc. She made the tour memorable. Thank you “Kindelle” and I apologize for most likely misspelling your name.

Dave was our driver/tour guide. He was great! We loved seeing the Appalachian Trail and learning about the history of the Smoky Mountains and the history of the national park.

Our tour guide was very friendly but not very knowledgeable. So much so that the guide would just read from the historical markers to us. We should have paid the $10 for a self guided tour. Sad to say it would have been the same and much less expensive.
