Die Fahrt sollte um 10 Uhr los gehen. Wir wurden allerdings erst um 10.15 Uhr vom Veranstalter am Hotel abgeholt sodass wir kurz vor knapp am Katamaran ankamen. Da wir viel zu spät abgeholt wurden war es uns nicht möglich einen Platz auszusuchen und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir auf einer Bank Platz nehmen dürfen. Diese Bank war direkt im Durchgang und schmutzig, wir hatten keinen Sonnenplatz und uns wurde mitgeteilt dass wir für ein Bett mehr hätten zahlen müssen. Wir hatten bereits 65 Euro pro Person bezahlt, eindeutig zu viel für solch einen billigen Platz. Auf die Nachfrage ob es vielleicht einen sauberen Platz gibt, wurden wir damit vertröstet dass wir die Meeresbrise einfach genießen sollen. Nachdem die Tour gestartet ist, wollten wir die Toiletten nutzen. Diese waren nicht funktionsfähig und liefen über, es war keine Spülung vorhanden. Auch das vermeintliche Buffet war nicht vorhanden und jeder Gast konnte sich einen bereits zusammen gestellten Teller abholen. Auch dss Versprechen dass darauf geachtet wird dass nicht zu viele Gäste an Bord sind und die Corona Abstände eingehalten werden würden war eine glatte Lüge. So war das gesamte Boot mehr als voll und es war nicht möglich genügend Abstand zu halten. Diese Tour ist alles andere als eine 5 Star Luxury Katamaran Tour, ich rate von einer Buchung ab.

Nachdem ich hier einige Berichte gelesen habe, hatte ich etwas bedenken vor der Tour. Es gibt einen Stern Abzug, da leider aufgrund von Fehlbuchungen meine Fahrt um einen Tag verschoben worden ist. Anscheinend ist es nur möglich das VIP Paket für zwei Personen zu buchen und ich war aber alleine und konnte es so über Viator buchen. Wo hier der Fehler liegt, kann ich nicht wissen, aber vielleicht kann das ja einfach behoben werden. Eventuell wäre es ja auch möglich Soloreisende zu kombinieren oder sonst irgendwas… finde es schade, dass überall das Alleine reisen so erschwert wird - aber anderes Thema! Die Crewmitglieder waren wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Aus meiner Sicht wurden weder Drinks, noch Sonstiges „aufgeschwatzt“. Wir konnten im Atlantik schwimmen gehen und auch sonstige Aktivitäten wie z.B. Bananenboot fahren wurden angeboten - hier habe ich von denen, die es gemacht haben nur Gutes gehört. Ich habe Parasailing gebucht, welche Erfahrung ich persönlich unbezahlbar fand und nur jedem ans Herz legen kann. Soweit ich weiß hat es 35€ gekostet und das finde ich total in Ordnung! Im Großen und Ganzen war ich mit Five Star Boat sehr zufrieden und würde es auf jeden Fall bei Gelegenheit wiederholen, sofern auch bessere Möglichkeiten für Singles angeboten werden können! Als Coronaparty habe ich es auch nicht empfunden. Eventuell sollte hier aber mehr wert auf Vorlage eines der 3 G Nachweise geachtet werden, damit hinterher kein böses Erwachen herrscht. Ich bin zwar genesen und geimpft - dies wurde aber zu keinem Zeitpunkt abgefragt… Vielen Dank für das Erlebnis und vielleicht bis bald. :)

I left a one star rating because I had to leave some rating. If I had the choice it would’ve been zero previous to day excursion. I read reviews saying that the operators did not pick up the customers for the five star boats, trip but me thinking best I thought it was just a one off, it appears not, The boat trip was meant to be starting at 10 o’clock but no one arrived at the hotel to pick us up. Tried phoning the company. One number did not exist and the second number I got through to a Spanish lady who told me in English. She did not speak any English And then hung up on me so I would avoid avoid avoid avoid at all cost it was the last day of our holiday and completely destroyed. It could not get an alternative offer for that day and offered a refund which will take 7 days The day we chose was the hottest day of the year so far and also a Saturday in March. I hope this helps anyone else who is thinking of taking the five star boat trip excursion

Viator are selling this tour. It doesn't exist. The tour company no longer offer this trip. Viator however are more than happy to take my money and say they have spoken to the tour operator and confirmed my collection time. Clearly they didn't. I'm still waiting for my money refunded by Viator.

False advertising! Don't book save your money

The Boat trip never happened as no one came to pick us up. The Local Operator said that this boat is no longer in service in Gran Canaria. I have requested a refund as l paid €250 for 4 adults. It was a bad experience as we were looking forward but it was falsely advertised.

Great trip from Puerto Rico (GC) port on a big cat out to near Puerto Mogan for se fun, nice lunch and plenty of drinks for all tastes and status. Well worth doing and book the beds if you want the most comfort etc.

We really enjoyed the trip, and the staff were fantastic. This would have been 5 stars if it weren't for the chaos during pick-up, the bus was already full when it came to pick us up and it took several calls to sort a taxi out to take us to Puerto Rico. Got there in the end though. Plenty of watersports, nice swimming, lovely comfortable bed. Food and drink were great. The couple of stops were really nice too

The experience was nice but definitely not a 5 star ratting. The balinese beds were not as advertised, more basic, although comfortable. The food was below average and sat in a big queue to get it. I think I kinda expected towels to be provided from a 5 star VIP experience but that was not the case... The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, it was nice but pricey for the service offered.

This experience fully deserves the five star name! Straight from being picked up at your hotel, you are treated like VIP's! We paid extra for the Balinese beds which I 100% recommend as you are given a bottle of cava and are able to lie in the sun surrounded by the most beautiful views. The crew are incredibly attentive and friendly. An amazing trip which I would definitely recommend.

The bus journey after collecting us was a bit long but the trip itself was excellent. The crew were fantastic and really friendly and welcoming. The lunch was very good and very fresh. I would recommend getting the VIP to ensure you get a balinese bed as it was a busy boat. The stops were at beautiful locations and the steps into the water from the boat make it easy for you to have a swim.
