Wir waren begeistert. Pünktlich wurden wir am Hotel abgeholt und schon ging es los. Unterwegs bekamen wir schon jede Menge Erklärungen. Wir wurden sehr gut mit Informationen versorgt. Die Zeit, die wir bei den Stopps hatten war sehr gut bemessen. Wichtig ist übrigens eine Jacke. Teilweise war es doch etwas frischer als in Las Palmas. Wir waren nur 3 Teilnehmer. Daher konnte Franz auf unsere Wünsche eingehen. Es gab auch ein fantastisches, landestypisches Mittagessen. Danke Franz für diesen schönen Tag.

We had come from the arid South of the island to Las Palmas. We were impressed with the city but didn’t really appreciate what Gran Canaria’s has to offer in the way of dramatic scenic rural areas and charming towns. The tour was well paced and Fran our guide very knowledgeable and interesting. Food and bathroom breaks were well timed and the smaller bus and tour size made the tour comfortable and flexible. Our driver was also to be commended on his skill in driving the winding roads and finding parking at various viewpoints. We highly recommend this tour!

Go and see the island from the mountains

A great trip in the mountains even the weather was not so good. We learned a lot, but in between there was too much talking from the guide when you heard everything in Spanish and English. Longer breaks would have been nice

Great experience. Viator has managed our demands proffesionally. The tour operator owner, took from his personal time to accomodate us with some special requests, because one of our friends had to be in town for an important meeting earlier, so Bruno came and picked him up during the tour and drove him to the hotel. The driver ? 10/10, and trust me there are some really crazy roads up in the mountains. Our guide Selene was sensational, quality of informations, friendlieness, capacity of reading the group needs, good humour, vibe, everything on point !!!

Great way to see the island!

Very good way to see a lot of the island without renting a car. We saw the most important peaks with some great views and interesting information. The guide was very knowledgeable and had a lot of stories and recommendations to share. Sad that there wasn’t any wine, honey and cheese tasting though as it said in the description of the tour. Otherwise very nice!

Misleading description by Viator

Misleading description, there was no visit to taste cider and there was no lunch included! We didn't bring much money as we expected to be fed. We had to go hungry which ruined the otherwise good trip. It is not the fault of the actual company running the tour... Their staff were excellent and the tour content that was given was great. It's a shame Viator mislead you with the description and then when you complain they point to the small print.

I highly recommend this experience :) I was not so sure before for organised trips like this, but I was really well surprised! Everything was very well planned, Fran was amazing guide, he told us a lot of interesting facts and advises about the island. Everything was on time and the program was super interesting. Fran was an amazing tour guide, very knowledgeable and told us a lot about the island. He was very kind to our son who had a bit of motion sickness. Great tour, shows a lot of beautiful spots and viewpoints on the island, including great views of Roque Nublo. Highly recommend.
