Kein deutschen Guide gehabt obwohl so gewollt, aber sehr klares Englisch. Pferd war sehr trittsicher, lieb und Gehorsam auf dem Ritt auch gebisslos. Tolle Aussichten und nettes Personal.

A trip I will never forget! Friendly Staff, kind and Nice horses for every level and it felt safe the whole time. The horses is taken very well care of, and that makes the place 10/10. I got to ride Cumbre, and it was a perfect match for me, she made me feel very safe and the gallop was so much fun! Thanks for an amazing trip.

The experience was fab but there seems to be a problem with Viator confirming the booking. I had to get in touch with them and they said they’d been in touch with the riding Center to confirm but when we got there they didn’t know we were coming. They were very accommodating and fit us onto the trip but viator needs to look into the booking problem.

The experience was very enjoyable. It was a great ride. The horses looked healthy and overall I would recommend this experience. I would make a comment in regards to the transport. The coach did not turn up on time, I was not informed and therefore contacted the operator. The driver turned up 30 minutes late (which was not a problem). it was clear that the driver new he was not on time and was driving extremely fast, stopping and starting over road bumps. This did make us feel slightly car sick. I would also like to recommend for the Horse riding to make it more personal. For example giving us a vocal guide of the area, perhaps take more pictures and also more of an introduction into the life of a horse.

Thank you so much to the team for making this such a lovely experience. I was so nervous it was my first time on a horse and thought I'd curl up and cry but the team were very patient and attentive. My horse Titanic was a complete gentleman and took it nice and slow. The sights were insanely beautiful too. Would definitely recommend it, thank you!

Great place , great horses and great guides.. I brought my daughter 10 year old her and my wife, we had great fun and the horses were very calm! it’s perfect for the non experienced riders there’s a safe thrill to be had climbing up the hills and back down. I don’t think an experienced rider would enjoy it as much as a newbie, it’s mostly just walking taking in the views but 100% value g ft or money and worth a go

We had a great time. We were a mix of novices and experienced riders. Everyone in the group was catered for but it is definitely better for novices as there are only a couple of opportunities to trot or gallop. The team are well organised and professional and safety is high.

Expensive for what it is

Well, we arrived early and had to wait 15mins over the due start time as people turned up late. My daughter got abit nervous when sat on the horse. She has previously ridden on holidays hence we booked. She calmed down and was ready to go but as we were leaving the arena 2 horses titanic and pink flower had an episode. One walked into the wall backwards and the other went at another horse. This totally freaked my daughter out who didn't want to ride. Initially, they said give her 5 mins to see how she goes. In the end the told us to get off as they had to get on. They then left us at the ranch with a poor older gentleman who spoke no English. He dropped us in the middle of a different town and called a taxi. I directly emailed the company asking if we could re arrange and come on another day, but have had no response. The group we were in had 18 riders so I appreciate that my daughter distress wasn't there issue. However, it is advertised for all ages. They should maybe do certain sessions for families with children if they unable to cater for all ages and abilities as stated on the website. I am not unreasonable, but my daughter initally was excited about going horse riding and loved the horse. She just got nervous then the events in the arena upset her ever more. Its just disappointing they wouldnt allow us to return on a different day. Alternatively, we did a boat ride excursion due to poor weather we offered rescheduling or 75% refund.

Shame as had potential

Unfortunately we were in a mixed group were someone was drunk! This was obviously out of the control of the organisation, but this then set the time for them not really caring about our excursion/group. The horses were very jumpy and didn’t seem overall happy. I was bitten three times and the leader of the trip failed to help or listen to me until the third time… when the horse eventually drew blood! When we got back to the stables the manger was very understanding and comforted me and offered a full refund, which we accepted but I would have appreciated more sympathy and a professional leader on the trip to start with. Such a shame as the view was beautiful and it was our last day on the island.

Fantastic time horse riding into the beautiful Gran Canarian countryside. Beautiful views of the sand dunes and what looked like a huge canyon below us. Beautiful views of the sky and clouds and cactus everywhere. Got plenty of beautiful photos and videos while riding. My horse was so beautiful and patient with me as a first time rider. Such beautiful animals. I recommend this experience, especially for beginners :)

Great experience regardless of your experience. For more experienced riders there were chances to trot and gallop offering them some challenge as well. For the less experienced riders, such as myself, there was great instructions. That paired with calm horses the experience exceeded my expectations. The guides spoke English very well and everyone was very friendly and patient. All in all great experience!
