The booking process was easy and the tour guide arrived on time. He drove us around in a comfortable car and we had 3 great hours. He had a very pleasant way of telling us about the city and its history. He made several stops so we could see the sights up close.

We were met by our wonderful guide immediately outside the gate who proceeded to give us such an informative and personalised tour that we could easily have spent twice the amount of time with him. Extremely knowledgeable and so courteous to one of our disabled party. Lots of stops and short walks to take in the important buildings which were fabulous. Very happy to give five stars!!

During our first trip visiting Hamburg we booked this tour to get an introduction to the city & couldn't have been more pleased. The tour accomplished exactly what we were seeking as it combined a drive thru various parts of the city including many stops where we were offered the ability to get out of the first class vehicle to walk & see many of the sites. This was an excellent well organised tour for which my wife and a couple of friends of ours who accompanied us feel deeply obliged to Mr. Heiko Augustin. Mr Augustin met us at the pier and was quick to show us places that would have been impossible to reach if not by an adequately sized vehicle. Having a local driving and leading the tour helped a lot as he took us to places only a local would be familiar with. The whole group appreciated Mr. Augustin's openness and extremely good English as he described what we were viewing. He managed to make an otherwise difficult visit a pleasant one by overcoming language barriers and focusing on salient places of interest in Hamburg. The tour also included some local sweet and a bottle of champagne!! Great tour which should not be missed. Highly recommended especially for day visitors to Hamburg

Very nice tour. Our guide picked us up at the port at the time we chose. He showed us all around Hamburg. He suggested a church to go see that was very nice. He started with a stop at a lake and offered us champagne and a pastry snack. He took our picture at many locations. We saw many things that we never would have seen without him. At the end we each took a bottle of German soda that we enjoyed on the ship. Great tour.
