We are very surprise by your dishonest review as you received back a 100% refund.
You cancelled passed a few hours before your cancellation policy. However, after various back and forth, we asked if you wanted to reschedule. You said no, when you submit a refund request via Viator we accepted. I don’t understand how you can say a Rip Off, when you received a 100% refund back.
It is dishonest of you to say this. All your operators and hotels should be aware of you, for being a dishonest traveller. Furthermore, our many good reviews speaks for itself. Everyone who takes our tours leave wonderful reviews of our services.
