Es war ein toller Tag mit Ahmed und dem Kapitän. Das Boot ist sehr gepflegt und ein echtes Speedboot. Die Kinder hatten einen sehr schönen Tag erlebt und reden heute noch darüber. Es handelt sich bei Ahmed um einen Experten. Wir haben sehr viele Informationen erhalten uber die Region und die Natur, Inseln und Meereswelt.

Wir waren gestern sehr enttäuscht, im Ausflug stand geschrieben, dass es ein Ausflug war, um die Delfine zu sehen, und wir haben sie nicht gesehen. Ich weiß, dass es wilde Tiere sind, aber da es sich um einen Ausflug zu den Delfinen handelte, dachte ich, dass es viele von ihnen gibt und dass wir sie sicher sehen würden! meine 7- und 11-jährigen Töchter mögen das Boot nicht und ich habe es geschafft, sie zu überzeugen, dank der Delfine an dem Ausflug teilzunehmen, Sie können sich ihre Enttäuschung vorstellen, meine Eltern waren auch bei mir und sie wollten nicht schnorcheln. Sie gingen auch dorthin, um die Delfine zu sehen! Es ist also kein Ausflug, um Delfine zu sehen, es ist ein Ausflug zum Schnorcheln und vielleicht haben Sie die Chance, die Delfine zu sehen

Hello, I understand your disappointment because is a dream to see dolphins. We do our best to spot them, but sometimes is not possible. In the 90% of our trips we see the dolphins, we sending many boats to the sea everyday and we are in contact all the time to find them, but we can't warranty 100% the spot of dolphins.

Der Besitzer, Albert, war sehr reaktionsschnell und sein Englisch war perfekt. Keine BS, die ich angesichts anderer Reisen, die ich gemacht hatte, sehr schätzte. Der Führer, Mustafa, war sehr gut und zuvorkommend. Er erlaubte sogar meinen Kindern, sich beim Angeln zu versuchen. Wir haben den Ausflug zum Schnorcheln an den Riffen gebucht und das war super - wir haben sogar Delfine gesehen. Das einzige Problem war, dass es keine Flossen für kleine Kinder gab. Fragen Sie also unbedingt danach, wenn Sie das tun möchten, was wir getan haben. Rundum neue Flossen würden dies zu einer perfekten Reise machen, also wenn Sie Ihre eigenen haben, 5 Sterne.

Unser Guide und Kapitän Mustafa war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und wir hatten tolle Gespräche mit ihm. Er machte auch eine große Auswahl an lokalen Snacks, die die Kinder liebten. Würde auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Ein tolles Erlebnis am Roten Meer. Dieses private Boot zu mieten ist SOOO viel besser als auf den großen Gruppenbooten zu sein. Wir sind mit Delfinen geschwommen. An einem Riff geschnorchelt. Und fand schließlich auch eine Familie mit 9 Delfinen und fuhr eine Weile mit ihnen. Ein toller Tag auf dem Wasser.

Amazing trip

This trip was excellent. We have 2 snorkeling in two different locations. And the most amazing part of coz would be dolphin watching. We saw the dolphins in two different locations with ten dolphins. Even saw a baby dolphin!! The trips was so good and our guide was so good and friendly.

Grew crew, not great equipment

We did the 4 hour private boat trip with our Captain Mohammed and first mate Sayyid. They were both very friendly and helpful the entire time, brought on board water, sodas and snacks for our entire family. During our trip we saw 1 dolphin and they took us to multiple spots to snorkel and relax on the sand bar, adjusting to the conditions and what we wanted. I highly recommend the crew. My issues are with the lack of equipment on board the boat. I had previously emailed the tour operator multiple times stating I had a 10 year old an 8 year old who were very much looking forward to snorkeling in the Red Sea. Both my wife and I are Padi certified divers who are experienced snorkelers as well so it's not our first time doing this. Upon boarding and getting to our first snorkeling spot, the crew started to dig around for snorkeling gear and found nothing that would fit my 8 year old, 2 adult combo masks, only 1 large life jacket that fit neither of my children and one pair of fins that were too small for my wife and I and too big for my kids. The crew then motored to another boat and borrowed an adult mask and snorkel and another adult life jacket. My 8 year old was brave enough to attempt swimming with the very over-sized life jacket and multiple of the adult masks but it ended up being very uncomfortable for her and she was very very sad that she couldn't get any of the snorkels to work on her face. My son gave up too as he didn't have a life jacket or fins that fit him, In addition, the first full face mask that I was given leaked and they had to borrow another from a different boat. While seeing the dolphin was fun for my kids, the sandbar was really relaxing and the very limited snorkeling my wife and I got was nice, I was highly disappointed by the lack of functional equipment given this is described as a "snorkeling" tour.

This is what you need in Hurghada if you are here for holiday to blow off your stress. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and it was absolute fun. The dolphin watching was supposed to be the main thing and we watched them for long but the boat ride, snorkelling and visiting White Island were all great. It’s like a rock’n roll boat ride (safari jeep ride in desert if you did before in Hurghada but ocean version)! Highly recommended for any family.

We had a great trip with our guids Kalid and Saïd. We highly recommend this trip to other tourist. The boat was very comfortabel and Kalid en Saïd are very kind and fun. They even spotted sharks and dolphins for us to swim with and we danced with them on some good music! If we ever go back to this place we would book the same tour!

Fantastic Day, As always the tour starts of with a little unknown , taxi picked us up as requested on time no worries at all, soon as we set sail Mohammed made us feel comfortable and welcome 🙏 , did the tour as 2x couples and would 100% reccomed as it felt like a personal experience. 1st off visited the dolphins 🐬 and was great to be in amongst all the bigger boats , at times we had Dolphins within hands reach , unbelievable. Next ... 2x stops snorkeling, only way we can explain is like putting your head in an exotic fish tank ❤️ Lastly off to paradise , island just of egypt where we could walk, chill and take some Fantastic photos. amazing tour

It has been an incredible day thanks to Captain Mohamad and his friend. We have seen 20 dolphins, we have done snorkeling in coral reefs without a time limit and we have finished the tour on an island. Besides, we have laughed a lot with our new friends. Good Trip with a Poorly managed tour.

Overall this was a good excursion, but the operator was themselves was not very good, due to poor management. We signed up for a 4 person Snorkeling trip. This was supposed to include snorkeling equipment as well as food and drinks. However, once we got to the snorkeling site, there was only enough equipment for 3 people and also there was food for 3 (ie three of every type of drink/snacks provided). As a result, we spent only 10 minutes actually snorkeling in the four hours, as the boat driver spent about 1/2 an hour begging and borrowing a broken snorket from another boat. Snorkeling for us was a bust. However, the Dolphin "hunting" was fun, and the time at the sandbar in the middle of the red sea was nice. At the end, I asked Viator/tripadvisor/operator for a 25% refund, for the lack of snorkel equipment and lost time trying to find another snorkel (which was broken). But the best Viator/operator would do, is refund 50 Euros. I wasn't impressed by any of them and how they handled this complaint.

Great experience. Unfortunately couldn‘t swim with dolphins, because they were to many boats on that day but at least we saw them from the boat. Happens when the animals live in open water. Always a matter of luck. We did see sting rays and had a great snorkeling trip and trip to an island with Ahmed who is a great guy

Someone picked us up at our hotel and took us to the marina. We had a boat driver and a guide, Jamal. Jamal was great! He guided us at the first coral reef, which was beautiful. Then we came upon a family of dolphins! Our boat driver followed them so we could swim with them. They took us to a private island, which wasn't that great to be honest; skip it if you can. And then we ended the trip with another coral reef. Total trip was about 3.5 hrs.

Une équipe au flop

Extrêmement décevant... Deux personnes nous accompagnaient, absolument pas au courant de ce que l'on devait faire... Ils ne nous ont fait faire qu'un seul des 3 spots de snorkeling. Nous avons du en venir à nous facher avec eux pour en faire un second et avons été ramené ensuite au port au bout de 3h alors que la prestation était de 4h... En plus d'être désagréable nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps à attendre nos "guides" qui semblaient plus intéressés par le fait d'aller voir leurs amis sur d'autres bateau que de nous faire vivre l'expérience pour laquelle nous avions payé et qui avait justement vocation à nous éloigner de la foule... Bref je ne recommande pas, aucun professionnalisme et aucun souhait de la part des employés de vous faire passer un bon moment.
