Chris did a great job and highlands are beautiful!

The highlands are beautiful and we had fun seeing the train cross the viaduct. Our driver/ tour guide, Chris, did a great job “chasing” the train, where we were driving along side it and even saw it pass Dumbledore’s grave! Chris did a great job sharing highlights of the area and we could really tell how proud he was of his country. He asked frequently how we were all doing and offered to take our family picture several times. He did his best to make sure we enjoyed the tour. Thanks Chris!

Honestly not very many, very disappointing for a Viator tour...Glenffian that was it, We felt it was a wasted day of just driving around Loch Ness, and trying to fill in the time

Disappointed with the service

I had booked this tour from inverness and was lost a bit trying to find the pick up spot and I even tried the landline number for Timerbush but it did not get connected. When I finally reached the pick up point, I saw timberbush mini van depart, eventhough I was running behind the vehicle, they did not stop. When we have booked a tour, I expect them to call us a few minutes before departure atleast to make sure we are able to find the pick up point before deciding it is a no show and departing. At the same pickup point we saw the other driver guides for different tours were calling up people who have booked to ask them where they were and they even waited for all people to show up before leaving. When I could finally get through the line, I was told to check if there are any no shows for other tours departing from inverness on that day, I could join them. But that was not the tour I wanted to go nor there were any no shows as the driver guide made sure to call everybody and even waited for them to show up. If only we received a call or an sms from the driver guide he would know we are running behind the vehicle hoping for him to stop before leaving the pick up point. Totally disappointed with the service and it just spoilt my summer trip to inverness.

The number provided on the booking was out of service therefore we were not able to reach you. Beautiful day tour - not only for HP fans

This was our second full-day tour with Timberbursh and like the first time, this also did not disappoint us. The tour is a well organised one not only for Harry Potter fans. The visited sights are inviting and the people are calm, we enjoyed it a lot. As for the travel part the buses are comfortable, and we could charge our phones during the day. Our guide was Andy S. and he did it well. The stories he told were interesting and if we had a question he gladly answered it. I recommend Andy S. and the Timberbush tours with all my heart.
