Teton Tour

Die Tour war schön, besonders an dem Tag, an dem wir ausgegangen sind, da es geschneit hatte, was der erste Schnee der Saison war! Sehr hübsch. Einige der Straßen, die wir nehmen wollten, waren wegen des Schnees gesperrt. Wir schienen mehrmals an denselben Bereichen vorbeizufahren. Ich hätte mir mehr Informationen über Reiseleiter über die Gegend gewünscht, in der wir uns befanden. Moe hat hart gearbeitet, um uns Orte zu bringen, an denen wir die Tierwelt beobachten können. Wir hatten das Vergnügen, Bären und Elche zu sehen! Moe ist ein sehr angenehmer Führer !!! Beth

Sierra was our tour guide and she was terrific. She would stop at any animal sittings for a photo opp. We toured the whole valley and stopped at all the sites. Great way to experience the park, and I didn’t have to drive.

Sarah was an excellent guide. Took the sunrise tour. Very pleasant and knowledgeable of the area. Got lucky and first large animal we saw was a black bear and a moose. Had a great time. We would highly recommend this tour.

A spectacular day to enjoy a sunrise tour in Grand Teton NP. First off, hats off to our guides, Duncan and Kelly. Wonderful people with a genuine care and love for the area with an absolute ton of knowledge. They were constantly providing history, facts, tips, etc. about every area we encountered. They were always super helpful and made sure everyone in the tour were always taken care of. On top of a special sunrise with low flying fog over the park, the day only got better. We experienced so much in so little time making it completely worthwhile. We saw a couple moose, a herd of elk and bison, a white pelican, a bald eagle as well as visiting so many locales that gave us wonderful photo opportunities and history lessons .

It was cloudy, foggy, and raining the whole trip and I wanted to cancel and they said I could but they wouldn’t give me a refund. They wanted all of us to pay to get into the park when we had already paid for the tour. I still want a refund for the tour because the only place we saw was the barn and you couldn’t see the Tetons behind it because of the fog. We never got to go to Jenny Lake or a lot of other places and the sound system of the guide’s microphone needed replacing as it sounded terrible. I will be calling Wednesday on my day off to speak to someone at Viator about a refund. The tour was terrible!!!

Hi Amy, sorry that you did not enjoy the Tour. As we all know, nobody can control the weather and our Tours operate rain, snow or shine. Your Guide may have asked if anyone already had Park passes, but he did Not ask for Nor receive any money from guest for the entry fees. WE pay for them. I read your complaint that you sent to Viator and you stated that you only saw 1 dear. And I read the notes from your Guide that the 2 of you slept (or had your eyes closed 90% of the time :(. The rest of the guests saw 5 moose, 6 deer, 20 pronghorn and over 150 bison.
