Your reservation made on 2nd Feb, 2020. This is a fast approaching travel date. As you can see in our email history, we have give all information regarding seat available class. We have clearly told you there is no seat available in first class and we can arrange you second class seats. Also we give that information in our product description as well.
With a fast approaching reservation, we have to pay for several agents to get seats. Because at that time there were no any seats left in railway department. So we have to go for other personal agents.
You ask for right hand side seats and we provide it. How we can predict train direction?
Also we done tickets amendment as you can see in your ticket.
When you reserve a seat please reserve it before 31 days to get expected experience. Otherwise we all are in problem. So it will make both unhappy.
