Hi Brenda!
Your review is very curious and dubious.
To begin with, there is only one guide and skipper on my boat tours, and that's me, Rui Pedro.
The other crew member is just my assistant! He just helps customers get into the boat and also puts life jackets on customers. He is not a guide!
Regarding him being constantly on the phone, he wasn't talking on the phone, as you seem to imply! He was silently using the internet with his smartphone to register his daughter for activities at the new school where she will study.
He did not disturb anyone, and he also did not influence the normal running of this boat tour activity.
Apparently, the only person he disturbed was you, who perhaps woke up in a bad mood or slept little and were nervous and demanding, and then you decided to tease my employee.
No one in my crew is lethargic, neither me nor my employee Daniel!
I always answer my customers' questions. If you wanted to ask me a question and couldn't, it was because perhaps I was busy narrating the many details of the tour, or it was the noise of the engine and also of the other customers talking and apparently drowned out your voice or your intention to ask me a question!
I never tire of pleasing my clients and I am very talkative and always go into detail in the extensive descriptions and narrations I give of my boat tours! When I have clients of 3 or 4 different nationalities, I narrate in detail in those 3 or 4 languages! Just read all the other reviews before yours to confirm that all customers are satisfied with my service!
Apparently, only you were displeased and arranged or fabricated reasons for this very dubious discontent! It even seems like your review was ordered by a competitor of mine to discredit me and sabotage my good reputation so far!
Regarding the excessive number of boats and kayaks operating in Lagos, I agree with you, there really are too many and the number of boats operating should be limited! But I'm not guilty of that, as you seem to imply! You managed to find yet another pretext to sabotage my reputation! If you feel uncomfortable with the huge number of vessels, go complain to the competent authorities, which are the Port Authority of Lagos and the Portuguese Bureau of Tourism "Turismo de Portugal".
Thank you very much.
Best regards.
Rui Pedro
