Tolles Erlebnis für Kids und da es nur 1 ne Stunde dauert auch für Kinder eine optimale Länge. Etwas teuer.

We were very impressed from start to finish...no information on how long it would be, so a nice surprise when it lasted an hour. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone to go for the experience. Good without screaming kids

It was awesome to see underwater creatures without getting wet, and in a submarine. The experience was ruined by a couple of constantly screaming kids. Their parents didn’t even try to get them to hush. We couldn’t hear very well what our guide was saying. I wish the tour company advised everyone to respect others by keeping their kids under control.

5 stars for the submarine safari which was professionally & efficiently run. Zero stars for Viatour who messed up my booking. I received 4 confirmations for pick up time at my hotel at 1pm. When my transfer bus did not arrive, I phoned Submarine Safaris who confirmed I was booked on the 1pm sub dive with a hotel pick up at 11.40am, which I obviously missed. Well done submarine Safari for reorganizing my trip for the 3pm dive that same afternoon & rearranging the hotel pickup to meet this. I suggest that Viatour customers double check the information provided on the ticket to avoid similar problems.

They have said in the booking ticket that they've sent us to be at the pick up point at 10am and waited from 9:30am untill 10:30am for them to say that WE HAVE MISSED THEM!! That we should have been at 9am!! miserable experience and awful customer service as they're trying to blaim us for the inconvenience that they missed to say. ALSO THEY WON'T RE FOUND ANY OF THE MONEY AS ''CUSTOMER NOT SHOWING UP"

Booking online was easy and straight forward. Staying nearby we did not need the bus service, but I gather this is timely and reliable judging by the bus load which got dropped off to join our trip. The trip lasted for about 50 mins and the submarine was very spacious with it being well designed so every seat gets a good view through a porthole. Little TV screens at the seats also display dive information such a depth and water temperature etc. Our trip was dual English/German and the guide effortlessly swapped from one to the other. It was a bright sunny day and the water is clear so there was no problem with visibility, which meant we were able to see countless fish which filled the vision in shoals of flashing silver. Bream, Damselfish, Flatties, the odd Barracuda etc were all much enjoyed and with a 5 minute rest on the sea bed near a wreck we could take time to spot the better camouflaged sea life. Great fun for the children and anyone who has never been diving. The family photo prior to entering is not a pressured sale and is simply waiting back at the centre of wanted. We got both the pic and the fridge magnet as a reminder of a most enjoyable experience. It is a little pricey, but then running a submarine safely won’t be cheap. I think the sub only actually goes a short distance out from the marina wall, not that it really matters much when beneath the surface. Try and pick a day forecast for strong sun so the rays penetrate and illuminate the underwater world for all to marvel in.
