      Fahrer kam pünktlich an. Kein Problem beim Auffinden des Treibers, da ein Namensschild angezeigt wurde. Direkter Weg zum Flughafen. Sehr höflich und sicher.

      Der Bus, in dem wir saßen, hatte viele Fahrgäste, und es dauerte eine Weile, bis sie alle an ihren Bestimmungsorten abgesetzt waren. in Heathrow.

      Die Abholung vom Hafen war um eine Stunde verspätet. Die Vertragsfirma war mit der Abholzeit verwechselt. Auch der Fahrer wusste nicht, wo er abholen sollte. Sie müssen den Service verbessern und dem Abholer klare Anweisungen geben.

      Carlos the driver was able to come early and get us to the airport early. I was able to contact him with whatsapp and let him know our cruise came in ear. The rain was horrible but we all felt very safe with Carlos. Thanks for a safe and friendly transfe4.
      Driver Arriving One Hour Late.

      Our pickup time was 7:30 AM because we needed to make a flight at Heathrow Airport. A 1 hour 30 minute trip. The driver didn't show until 8:00 AM and said that he had to wait for another fare that would arrive at 8:30AM. Then drove off leaving us standing at the curb. Meaning that we would have not been able to arrive at Heathrow in time to check-in and board our flight. We immediately found another ride and arrived at Heathrow a few minutes prior to the final check in time. I will be filing for a total refund from my credit card company.

      The most memorable part of the experience was waiting well beyond the scheduled pick up time for the driver to arrive and identify himself. Equally memorable was discovering that rather than a private transfer we were part of a small bus transfer which did not leave until an hour after the original scheduled departure.

      Driver was waiting right outside the cruise terminal holding a sign with my name on it. Very easy to locate. He was parked in a very convenient location near the covered walkway since it was pouring. He was also able to pull right up to the airport terminal. Bus was clean and comfortable.

      Driver never showed up. We were in the arrivals hall at Southampton cruise port at 8:35 am for a 9 am pick-up. Driver was to have a sign with our name. He never came. Three calls to the company and still no driver. After an hour waiting, we had to take a cab to the airport.

      this was not a pleasant experience. it was advertised as a trip from a cruise ship but the driver was not prepared for luggage. people have luggage on a cruise. we were jammed in like sardines and the luggage was piled on top. traffic is not the drivers fault but it took 3 hours to get to the airport in an uncomfortable seat. the people going on to the london hotels were probably on the bus for another 2 hours. we should have caught a taxi.

      I have booked with Viator many times in the past with no issues, however I can’t say that this time. I booked Viator for transportation from South Hampton cruise port to London Heathrow airport. It was an extremely stressful experience. Our booking number was 876095120. Our pickup time was 9:00am. We got our luggage and started looking for our driver from 8:30am at the cruise port. It’s now 9:00am and still could not find him. We looked all over and asking every pickup driver that we saw. No Viator. I saw a representative from Princess Cruise Line and graciously called the number that I had for Viator. We were told to wait by the departures, which we did. There was no one from Viator there. It’s now 9:20am and my wife calls Viator and they said she should contact the driver. My wife said she was unable to contact him and Viator should contact him. I finally saw our driver with a small sign with my name on it. I followed him to the van. We left the cruise terminal about an 1 1/2 hours later. The stress until we finally got on the van was extremely high. Fortunately, we did not miss our flight. There are a few things that can improve this process. 1. The van should have a big sign saying Viator. 2. The meeting place at the cruise terminal should be more specific. 3. The actual name of the company should be forwarded to us. I hope some of these suggestions get implemented to help others so that they don’t feel the stress as we did. Thank you very much. Ronald M

      I believe through no fault of the driver, but due to poor planning by the company, the driver was an hour late picking us up. I felt bad for him because some of the other passengers were rude. But he handled it well and got us each safely to our destinations.
      Poor Communication and Not Timely

      This was a poor experience. Our driver was late picking us up from the Port of Southampton. At the half-hour mark, I called London Travel In Ltd, but had a hard time understanding the man who answered. He told me our driver would be there in 10-15 minutes. That did not happen. If it weren’t for another of their drivers, who had their roster, and who checked on our driver, who knows when we would have been picked up. The other driver found that our driver was at another terminal waiting on another group, so he drove us and others waiting with us, over to meet our bus. Once we finally got going, and after drop offs at several other hotels in London, we finally made it to our hotel at 2:00 p.m. We had expected a 9:30 a.m. departure from the Port Terminal per the vendors instructions. The driver that helped us was wonderful. (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name.). He is the only reason that I gave them a 2nd star! The rest of this company left very much to be desired. Very disorganized, with terrible communication. I cancelled our trip Heathrow with them for fear that we’ll miss our flight. I would not use them again.

      The information provided was not accurate, from the booking we were expecting a private car not a small bus. The driver nor the operator gave us information as to pickup point and we ended up waiting in the wrong place, after calling the operator several times we determined we were on a small coach.

      After the driver became 10 minutes late we called and were told he was just another 10 minutes away. We called several more times and were told the same two more times.. Finally, a driver showed up one hour and fifteen minutes late. He told us he had been called as an ad hoc replacement for the original driver. This company failed to keep in contact as this nightmare unfolded, and seems unable to conduct their business responsibly. Suggest they are often unreliable. Cannot recommend. Use any other service.
