We are sorry to hear of the confusion over the departure location. We are reconfirming all our tours at least 48 hours in advance with the confirmed departure time and location and we are also texting guests the day before the tour is due to depart as a reminder. Then on the day itself, if our guests are not already at the departure point 15 minutes before the tour is due to depart, we give them a call (if a phone number has been left at the time of booking).
If for some reason our guests do not make it on time for our tours then we are allowing a date change free of charge or, if there are extenuating circumstances and alternative measures are necessary, we investigate these on a case-by-case basis.
