Our ride was an hour late...

Our ride was an hour late from when we arrived. I tried calling the company to see where our driver was and there was no answer. After an hour waiting he showed up. Not Happy!

As expected, the driver was right there waiting with the sign and the van was parked close by, clean and spacious. Very convenient and professional service, especially needed when traveling with kids!

Great shuttle service from Heathrow

Great experience. Ibrahim was waiting just as we left baggage claim at Heathrow. Short walk to his brand new clean van. Safe, comfortable, and quick drive to central London. Definitely worth it.

Horribly unhelpful and lazy driver.

Driver did not voluntarily assist w our luggage. He walked well ahead of us unconcerned. But the largest issue was that he dropped us off at the street rather than going up to the hotel. Saying it would be too difficult to drive us and our four pieces of luggage to entrance. The hotel porter met us halfway up the drive to assist asked was stunned the driver left us at the street. We’ve taken multiple taxis and there’s plenty of maneuvering room. For what we paid the service was absolutely well below standard. Very disappointing.

Dear Michele, you had 4 large suitcases, our driver had only 2 hands and he helped you as much as he could at Heathrow, he was on time, met you at arrival with a greeting sign, waited 2 hours after landing, your 4 suitcases were extra large with extra weight. The street of the hotel St. Ermin's Hotel, Autograph Collection is very narrow and it was blocked by black cabs. (Taxis) Our driver explained to you that will be hard to reverse after from that yard and he stepped inside. And he help you with the luggage to the hotel entrance.

I ordered car to bring us from Heathrow to air b&b in london. First 2 reservations I made were canceled on me, but nearly a full day before they told me each time (loosing time to rebook). Finally made a reservation, but I canceled it shortly after. I tried to get my gauranteed refund (since done more than required 2 days prior to ride). That service went to airport for me and called me since I wasn't there, i explained i canceled, they referenced first 2 canceled by drive service. I explained they canceled those, i canceled the current one. Now I've been charged and refused refund, even though I have confirmation of cancel screenshot. Their screw up my payment. BAD SERVICE FROM VIATOR!

Hello, Viator doesn´t inform the Booking reference number and we can also see your full name to check your reservation. But if you are Heather MacDonald, the service was provided successfully on September 10th. As you stated on the review you must leave the review on VIATOR, not on our business.

The driver was not at the airport when we arrived and we spend the next 30 minutes trying to reach him through the company - Europe Shuttle - and then directly. He finally showed up about 6:40 a.m. - 40 minutes after we cleared customs. While the flight arrived early, a good company would have monitored the flight arrival time and he should have been there to greet us when we arrived.
